Who ever is the manager needs to be more professional on hiring his staff.
Today my husband drove to 1238 N hacienda blvd to place an order in person and when he came home the order wasn’t complete then he drove back telling them the order wasn’t completed so the person on the front told him they couldn’t give him the rest of the order because there was no receipt ???? they never handed him his receipt they old asked him for the order he didn’t had the order with him . I call the place @ 2:01 a girl answer I told her the order wasn’t completed she said I know what we packed if they would there job we wouldn’t call back complaining OR COME BACK FOR THE REST OF THE FOOD WE PAYED I asked for her name she clicked on me . I CANT BELIEVE THIS IF WE PAYED WE EXPECTED TO GET EVERYTHING WE PAYED FOR AND THIS IS NOT HAPPENING THERE PRETTY MUCH STILLING FROM OUR PACKETS ..disgusting
My wife and i ordered 40 wings, fries, and 2 cokes. We did not receive the fries, so we called, and they hung up on us. When asked for the cups for the drinks, the cashier practically tossed them to us, with an irritated tone of voice throughout the entire order.
Who eve is then owner for this location.
Your members are trash, unsanitary, smoked out, and have sense in taking processing and dealing with people.
Your online order policy makes no sense.
The order comes tru. Email says 15/20 min. You wait that get to pick up the order they can’t find it. Then they print it. Then they say can I see ID for order I say it’s under wife’s and j don’t have her id . Order was already pos for. Confined online. No call asking to bring id when picking up THEN THEY CAN START THE ORDER, this is after you wait the estimate time given online. Afffter they tell you they can’t find your order, then they won’t make it till u show I’D for a PAID ONLINE ORDER.
I would love the ask the owner if this location for an email contact. I asked the pretty unclean “manager” on duty and he said he can’t. I asked for a redound of my order and I was told to never come back.
I’ll be contacting corporate and ask about the online order procedures and if what you guys are doing is ok with them.

That weekday afternoon staff with those two girls are HORRIBLE!! Very rude and definitely need to work on their customer service skills. Don’t say no to the meal special or she’ll hang up on you and when I went to pick up my order they were both pissed like I was disturbing them!! If you’re not happy with your job mija then quit
Usually my food is perfectly fine but this time my fries were not!!! As u can see in the picture I put, my fries are not it! Who would want to eat these kind of fries!!! I could’ve waited a bit more longer for good quality fries not these leftover small burnt fries!!! The people who work there need to do better because I’m sure they wouldn’t want to get served these nasty burnt fries. Do better Wing Stop Employees!! I need my refund!!!
Oct 3, 2024 we ordered 2 chicken and 2 sides, 1 fries and 1 corn, they messed up the order and instead of just giving me the corn, they want me to drive back to them and show them what i got from them? The one answering the phone was so rude!
The girls working there are too Flirty with guys who go order food,and they should dress descent, they wear jeans so tight that they can't even bend their legs to reach for something. You have lost a very valuable client.
Came in with my mom today. Angelica took our order and showed my hard of hearing, mother much patience. So sweet thank you. The lemon pepper fries were so delicious.
