We came in and the one worker was literally mopping under our feet? He mopped the entire floor and from what I saw nothing spilled. If I slipped I would have been PISSED!! It’s 7:45 as I’m writing this so it’s not like we came close to closing ???? Then they tried to play in our face about the wait time
Horrible service on a Sunday when I’d rather be home watching the game. I had to return items three times And they insisted on charging my purchase before I came to the location But in all fairness, most of the issue was to the fault of the automated service
After waiting 20 minutes at register with no one else in line a woman came in behind me to order as well. She was immediately greeted and her order was took. I then realized I was the only Caucasian in the restaurant and could only assume I’m not welcome at Wingstop. The woman who ordered even gave a hand gesture pointing to me to let them know I was here first but the woman working the Register just shrugged me off with a smirk and giggle like I was a joke. Never again will I ever eat at or order from a Wingstop again!!!!
Very Delicious & Well Done! Tuesdays are $0.60 wings, so I got 4 Lemon Pepper Boneless Wings & 4 Louisiana Rub Boneless Wings. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. It is not overly crowded and you will not be waiting long. All wings are made fresh!
Worst customer service ever! Cashier accepted uber eats order knowing wings were not in stock! Cashier lied and said they are not able to cancel order on their end and told me to cancel through app. I was charged cancellation fee for food I did not receive because cashier refused to cancel order!
I ordered online for an in store pickup. Once I got home I realized that there was about 12 boneless wings missing and my fries were stale and cold.
When I first ordered food from this place, the experience was great. 2 times in the past, I have had great experiences. However recently, my experience was not so great.
I recently went in to order a gift card. They informed me they did not have any. (With a terrible, unhelpful, non-caring attitude.) This was after I checked online and couldn't find any way to get a gift card online either.
Furthermore, I went all the way back home, placed my order for delivery and then when my food arrived it arrived cold. I called back and informed them the food was cold. The woman that answered the phone answered with a nonchalant attitude asking "What do you want us to do?"
I kindly replied that I wanted my food to be delivered hot. The food being delivered cold wasn't entirely their fault. DoorDash delivered the food and the driver was just late, I suppose.
However, I'm not entirely sure which entity was to blame for the cold food since I had placed an order for my food to arrive at 6:15pm.
Additionally, I was missing a a side order from what I ordered. They informed me they would credit that back to my account.
This was not a great experience and the attitudes the staff gave made things even worse. Overall, I wouldn't give them a 1 start rating because that's not fair. However, I can say that the service that day was below average. So, of the different experiences I have had here, this was the worst. The other two great experiences makes it that I would not give an extreme 1-star review.
It was 18 mins to cook the food and that was kind of long because I had a lot drive lol but to know they properly cook the chicken was well worth the wait. Clean tables & chairs they keep the utensils behind the counter but the restrooms were clean the staff was young but highly respectful and have a pleasant attitude and never coming from them and that was much appreciated
