Food was good, the wait was outrageous but the food that I received was outrageous I ordered corn it’s no way there’s fries mixed with my corn, frying something dumb the left orders to cook something different!
Wings are good! Wait is crazy long. My main issue is how easy it is for them to mess up the orders by giving them to the wrong client. Ordered online to avoid the 20+ minute wait, got there and my order was given to someone with a completely different name. 30 mins later I was on my way but I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever order again
This place used to be decent. Fresh meal cooked right. Now the chicken is nothing but grizzle. The employees didn’t wear gloves and the 25 minutes it took for them to cook five wings for me all three employees were in and out of the bathroom multiple times. This will be the last time I ever go to Wingstop. They put so much salt on the french fries that they were not edible, this is coming from someone who enjoys salt very much. It was like they took the fries out of the fryer and threw them in a bag of salt. It’s a real shame that this store declined so much.
The wings use to be amazing but they’re not anymore. Maybe it’s the Newburgh NY location. The chicken was small and dry. The taste wasn’t strictly garlic Parmesan just like the fries that had sugar on them instead of salt. I’ll try another location before I give up on what wing stop use to provide which was Amazing wings.
Wingstop is normally great, come in today, wait in line for 20+ minutes and not a single worker comes up to take our order, just looks at us and carries on with what their doing. when asking if someone can help just gets an eye roll and walks away. would recommend wingstop but never from here. completely ridiculous. left without eating
I sat in and enjoyed Fresh Hot wings. Always get smiles from workers, and managers are quick to fix any mishap with an apology and a smile.
We came here on a Friday night to order about two dozen wings. We had all "dry rub buffalo" wings. So, as I open the container I notice a lot of moisture and what appears to also be either BBQ sauce or actual OIL! Lo' and behold, it was damn near a spoonful of oil just sitting there, because we didn't have any wings that had any sauce. Ya'll just didn't even try at all, huh? To cook something like this and give it to someone is crazy LMAO. I would be ashamed of my cooking skills. The fries of course were also trash, as expected. The customer service was trash. The cooking was obviously trash and the ratings are trash. How do you mess up a dry rub? IT'S DRY. Just shut the place down at this point, it really shouldn't even exist.

A bit of a small area, there’s only three tables so the place fills up quick. But so worth it because the workers were SO nice and friendly. I don’t know his name but the person taking my order took his time and gave me his opinion on the menu items (it was my first time trying wingstop). Such a friendly person and when I asked for a bag he took the boxes out of my hands and personally wrapped them up with extra ranch . Which doesn’t seem like a lot but with the rush they got I wasn’t expecting it. just all around a good experience and all the food was fresh and really tasty. No problems whatsoever highly recommend this place. It’s small but they keep it very very clean 11/10 experience I’m sorry I didn’t get anyone’s name but they were all so so nice
