I'm so disappointed in this location's food. If you ask for well done, it won't be. You will have to go home and re-fry or place in the air fryer.
Not to mention, the lemon pepper wings are too salty. It's simply horrible!
I ordered online, paid online, and picked up my order in person. The drink station wasn't operating, so I had no drink. The fries were cold with hardly any seasoning, then to top it off, my boneless wings were old, overcooked, while the bone in wings were barely sauced. I called the next day shortly after opening and spoke with a manager her name begins with an E. I don't want to misspell; said, "When I came back with the order, they would remake." I called back to verify they would be open New Year's Day to verify (the original order placement was two days prior)
Only to make it there and not be given a replacement because I ate a few of the wings. What was I supposed to do? Go hungry? Had I been told that I wouldn't be accommodated, I would've counted as a loss. But to have me drive there because of an employee error in preparing my food, I now have to take replacement of a partial order. I'm using my gas and time to return to an establishment that has poor service and communication for food I paid for that wasn't cooked properly. Please stop. It's about valuing the customer. The service and prejudice were horrible here when I returned. Even speaking in Spanish in front of me was unacceptable. I don't know what was discussed in front of me. It was inconsiderate and unprofessional, and I will NEVER visit this location again.
I ordered the 10 piece wings original hot and lemon pepper; wings was really soft barley done, fries soggy, chicken sandwich didn’t have the pickles on it , ordered celery only they gave me carrots instead
I called 20 minutes ahead of time for carry out and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes when I got there plus they weren’t even that busy so what’s the excuse? Not to mention they forgot my ranch …they need to work on their time management for sure
Ordered food and waited a hour for delivery food never came ! Called the store and they said a door dash driver picked it up when I ordered through the website! No emails , no coupon to rectify the situation just excuses. Wingstop is not cheap on top of delivery fees so I will most def not be ordering from this location again ! Always a problem when ordering or ppl stealing orders ans the workers o dont even verify who is taking the food
The best!!! I was a little worried when i read the previous reviews but in my experience everything was on point. It is safe to say that this location has improved drastically over the years. I placed my order in person and received it on time but most importantly my food was fresh and delicious!! The employees are so kind and respectful, they welcome you with a big smile on their face and overall make this a better place. I will most definitely be coming back here!!!
It's a hit or miss with this place. Some days it's very fast and clean on the inside. The employees are actually working and not playing around. Others days it's horrible. You place an online order and it is never ready when you arrive even when you come later than the pick up time. It may be super filthy on the inside and also the employees will be talking to each other and no care about the customers standing in line. The food is good as hell though so I guess I'll deal with the negatives.
Update: so I ordered online and gave them another chance. Never again. I work in Atascocita and did an online order to be ready in an hour just to give me and then enough time to have it ready. Arrived at at 8:50 PM and the order was supposed to be ready at 8:40 PM. I went in and paid and then they proceeded to tell me to sit down. After waiting another 15 minutes I had to go up to the counter and remind them that I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready at a certain time. They looked at me, went back to pick up the order and handed it to me without any type of apology. It was ready ever since I got there and they didn't even take the time to look and let me know. This place is horrible I hate it, I hate the people that work there I would never go back to this wingstop.
Bad location! A bunch of bums outside but a security guard in a lawn chair made me feel safe??? Wings were still good though. Took them 20 mins to get a carry out order done .
