Please clean up the litter around this Wingstop dumpster and the very smelly food stains around the dumpster and in trails from the door to the dumpster.
It smells so very bad and it looks terrible. It just makes me feel like Wingstop is disrespecting our community so much. It’s not an isolated event, it’s often or always like this with all the trash around the dumpster and the food waste on the ground. Disgusting.
Ordered food online, came in to take my daughter to the bathroom and was yelled at by cashier that they don't have public restrooms as I was walking towards their restroom. I asked her to repeat what she said because they have a seating area and I never heard of dine- in not having a restroom. Frustrated, I wait a few minutes and say well maybe she means for non-paying patrons. So as she is by the drink machine I ask her did she mean no public access to people who are not buying food. She says no to everyone. I say but theres no signs up and it doesnt say employee only on the door. She then proceeds to tell me " we dont need no sign" Luckily for me at the area I was standing I was able to see the full kitchen and witness their unsanitary practices. No one was wearing gloves..yuck..the girl in the cooking area yells " excuse me ma'am you're not allowed this far back" what did you need? I said my food and i want a refund because Im not waiting 15 min and my daughter has to use the bathroom. Needless to say they took their time doing it and I left. Never ever patronizing there again. I'm calling the health dept in the a.m. Food poisoning waiting to happen!
I placed an order for the Mayfield Hts location on 08/12/2024 at 8:08 pm. I arrived at the Mayfield Hts location to pick up my order but they didn't have my order. My order was sent to the Euclid location instead. I contacted the Euclid location, explained what happened and was told I'd receive a refund in 10 - 14 days. I then reordered my food at the Mayfield Hts location at 8:41 pm. As of 11/25/2024, I have still not received my refund from August 12th. I contacted my bank and was told Wingstop Euclid location never cancelled the order. I contacted the store again, only to find out my refund was never processed. I called the store multiple times, only to be keep being promised a called back from the general manager or the regional manager. I still have not received a call back. This is unacceptable! I have been treated rudely, lied to, still haven't received my refund. It seems as if no one cares about this incident or my refund. I spend a lot of money at Wingstop and I have always received great service until now. As customer, I am very disappointed!
I got the classic 8pc (half mild & half Hawaiian) with fries. The fries were fries not bad, but nothing spectacular either. The mild wings were definitely very mild so mild that they just tasted like dry chicken with zero sauce. The Hawaiian were a bit better flavor wise, but still very very dry. This is my third time trying Wingstop, but my first time at this particular location since they just opened. The inside wasn't bad although it's very small. The girl that waited on me was very pleasant, but the service itself was not that good. Over 40 minutes wait time for mediocre food. I should also mention that the blue cheese is completely inedible I don't know what that was, but definitely not like any blue cheese I've ever eaten...nasty. I probably won't be returning after three times in three locations having not very good food I think it's safe to say there are better places for wings.
I ordered a good amount of food to feed my family for dinner spent $48 dollars to not even get all of my food I paid for. Whoever Jt is seems like they don’t ever put all my things inside the bag, I’ve been trying to try the corn bites & every time they forget them. & whoever fills up the drinks when ordering off doordash, is disrespectful because why would yall put a sip of sprite in the cup
I ordered carry out at 7:13 said 20 wait got there around 7:40 after waiting 10 minutes, they told me they just dropped my chicken didn’t get my food till 8:25…. Then when I made it home open and looked I was shorted 5 wings . This is just ridiculous.
This is so ridiculous. This place has not been open no longer than two years. I’ve been here four times and they messed up my order every single time I’m not understanding how hard it is to read a simple ticket. I don’t get it every time when I call, this is the first time I called in my order, got rectified the other two times it did not get fixed the other few times they should be ashamed of their self. Somebody need to reach out to me. I am so tired of spending my money here and my orders keep getting messed up time and time again even when the order is messed up the grease the oil the sauce is spilling out onto the bed in the bag is greasy and oily. Is this what you do is this what you all are about then on top of that the service, a slow and sloppy people in the back come up to the front and like to talk to the cash register lady or guy and that person on the register is FaceTime in while she’s taking orders answering her phone. Why do you have a line, you guys need to clean house…!!
DO NOT BOTHER EATIMG HERE! Placed an order at 9:22 pm which was supposed to be ready within 26 minutes.. went to get the food at 10:00 was told it was 7 orders ahead of us! Waited there until 10:20 which marked a hour since ordering ???? food still wasn’t ready! We asked for a refund but got no type of documentation stating we requested the refund we were told to call if it wasn’t on the card within 7 days! SUCH A HOT MESS I GIVE IT A FEW MORE MONTHS BEFORE CLOSING!
