The food was good and better than I expected. The service was very slow. They did have a huge takeaway business so I will try that next time. The wings and dips were good. I really liked the corn on the cob and the French fries. They were both excellent. We also tried the chicken tenders and they were crispy and well cooked.
Is it normal to this business to have your staff that mans the front end stuffing their face, answering you with a mouthful of food? Wait times are always crazy. Staff is rude af. You have to fill their drinks for them if you're a delivery driver. One of those rare places I wish I could block from Doordash.
This place is USUALLY good but once is all it takes. Feathers still on every single piece of chicken (not just the one pictured) and hair in my fries. ????????
Wanted to give a great review to this location! The cooks are amazing.,never miss a flavor when the cook the wings! This is the only location that cares how they cook their food n serve to the customers!! I’ve gone to so many locations n it’s been terrible. All of the employees at this location need to be recognized. We keep coming back bc it’s always good! Thank you to the Manager that manages these employees!
This location is terrible. We placed a order that said it would be ready in 33-38 minutes. I placed order at 7:12 arrived at 7:50 and they never put the order in and said it would be 15-30 minutes. Another customer had same issue and the Mexican boy at register was shrugging his shoulders saying “not my problem” if you cant handle a fast paced “fast” food establishment then get another job. If i could give negative stars i would.
After getting it home and eating a couple of the boneless wings I noticed it tasted a little off. Further inspection reveals it wasn’t actually cooked all the way through. Ever had that fake chicken from the frozen food section? Tasted a little like that, sorta chicken flavor and sorta weird flavor. Either way, I stopped eating it and threw it in the air fryer to finish cooking. 10 minutes later, tried eating it again, but that weird fake chicken flavor was there so we just tossed it. In the end, made us a little sick last night. Unfortunately, never again will I eat there. Employees were fine, just bad chicken.
My son wanted wings but we wish we skipped this place. Food was not edible and made him sick and staff refused to remake or get him something different. Awful tasting food.
I ordered an 8 piece boneless meal for carry-our last week, half hot and half lemon pepper. The hot had plenty of sauce on them, but the lemon pepper nuggets had almost zero sauce/rub. They were practically flavorless. (See picture)
The service was good and pretty fast, but those "lemon pepper" nuggets were so disappointing.
