I did an online order for the first time from the website and it was a mistake. We ordered well done because we figured fries, and wings would still be crispy when we got them.
The fries were awful, cold, soggy, almost seemed like old fry bits like what you'd find in the bottom of the bag.
The flavor was strange, and most of it was super salty with hints of sweet? The celery sticks were more like twigs and there wasnt much of them. They came as a bundle of twigs. ????
The wings were not that great the flavor was lemon pepper but they were so greasy, they were not a desirable texture and mind you these were to be well done. Some were just slimy.
I don't think we will try them again. Wing stop here in Hope Mills is a bit of a drag when you wanna get your wing on. I do not recommend this place to anyone. These reviews do not lie here.
Coming here expecting to go home with your food within a reasonable amount of time was a big mistake. I walked in to place my order, according to my receipt, at 3:54pm. All I ordered was a 10-piece wing with a drink. No fries or side or anything. It took over 40 minutes for them to get the order out! I get it, they get busy with online orders and other people who call in, but matters are made worse when they have zero time management or any kind of organized system that seems to be in place for any of the staff, who are all in their own little worlds. Not to mention we heard some woman with glasses say to one of the staff members "either hand it to her or throw it at her, whichever you prefer" regarding a customer who calmly asked for cheese sauce, after waiting even longer than I had, because it should've been with her food from the beginning. She was understandably upset after waiting almost 50 minutes for her food and they come back with that kind of attitude??? The staff are rude, and they offer no apologies for it. The food itself is okay, but simultaneously questionable considering I saw no hairnets or gloves in sight. Honestly, if I ever find myself wanting Wing Stop again, I definitely won't be coming back to this location.
The cashier was nice, but the wait was long. The food was decent. Waited 35 minutes from order to ready and I think what they need the most is a leader who keeps things going.
Did an online order for delivery. The food we did get from the order was good. We were missing the carrots and celery sticks as well as the 3 dipping sauces. Paid for them but never got them. Whoever is doing the packing for delivery orders needs to do a better job and verify that everything is in the bag.
The worst location. I order TENDERS and I received wings. I clearly order tenders because I was seeing it on the screen too. Missing an order of fries too. They didn’t give me a refund or at least apologies for not hearing right. I wasn’t the only one with incorrect orders. The manager was not nice neither. Not coming back
This was my first time visiting this establishment. I ordered in-store for take-out. I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for my food to be cooked. The staff were extremely rude when asked about the status of my order. People came in after I did and placed orders and received their food before me. When I FINALLY got my food, it was wrong and cold. If you don't listen to anyone else, listen to me. DONT visit this establishment. I emailed their corporate office, hopefully I'll hear back from them. I will not be going back.
I normally try to avoid posting negative reviews, however, this location requires one. My daughter and I have been in there twice, trying to be understanding with our first visit because they just opened and having to wait 45 minutes for our food, we decided to try it a second time. Again, another 45 minute wait to only find out that a whole meal was missing. Yes, we should have checked the bag before we left, however, there is nowhere to sit down, and with a lobby full of people standing it makes it hard. We then went back up to get our missing meal, and the one girl up at the register was extremely rude, did not talk to us at all when we let her know, that food was missing. The bag was full of grease from the sauces opening as well as the wings being open, and fries all over the bottom of the bag. While they were cooking, the order that was missed, we asked if we could have new fries because of the other ones being cold , and we were told no. We were then given the missing wings, but had I not questioned my fries that went with the meal, they would not have provided those to me. Our first experience of Wingstop was out on Skibo Road, and it was amazing and got very excited when the one on Hope Mills Road opened, but at this point, we may not be back due to the employees and the extended wait for food. Management definitely needs to re-think how to effectively operate the location.
I love Wingstop but this one incident that is still not resolved made me not want to dine with this particular location again. I visited them on Sunday July 28. Placed an online order after the order was placed it said wait Tom 53-60 min for 8pc combo. So I walked in and canceled my order. Was told my refund would be back on my card 24-48 hours. Waited the 48 hours still no refund. Call for the whole week speaking with manager Tiffany ensuring me my money would be returned. Still no refund. Call got corporate number from said Manager Tiffany. Spoke with Daniella from corporate Monday 8/5 said someone would reach back out in 24-48 hours. It’s Friday 8/9 no call from corporate and still no refund.
