The lady Pashton in the front was really nice and helpful. She made sure I had my order and it didn't take long. There food was good but for the service I would love to keep coming.

On 6/20/24 about 7:30pm. place and received an order for a 30 piece. My whole family is sick as a result of eating bad chicken. Everyone is experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. They were sick within 4 hours hours of eating the food. They have been bedridden since Thursday evening. It is now Saturday morning and they are still having stomach problems.
I found the chicken was undercooked. I suspect uncleanliness to have contributed to contaminated food as well. They were extremely business and workers were cleaning and cooking. Couldn’t tell if they washed their hands when they left the restroom.
At the end of the day if you don’t eat the food you are cooking, then how do you know if it’s cooked appropriately.
Please pay attention
The place is small, when you make a line to the cashier is hard to maintain the distance. It's better to order by phone and pick it up later. Try the mango habanero, it's really good, sweet, tangy and spicy
Since they have changed management here they have been the worst. People standing there waiting for online orders and then they're not even acknowledging the people standing there but the clearly can see us and then they also have been messing up on orders ever since. I would not recommend coming to this Wingstop anymore.
2 Day I have HAD ENOUGH OF THIS PLACE PERIOD. As a matter of Fact last few times it had ALWAYS been something going on ridiculous. If you are looking for some good eats then DO NOT stop by this particular location. Aman did not handle me right ever since I tried to call to order for 40 Mins. Kept answering but Not saying anything. 8 Different times today as I was driving in. Then once I got here to take care of order in person SHE HEARD and repeated it back to me. But then after getting back home . Noticing I was missing 7 other pieces. It became apparent that she wrote my order up incorrectly. Now I am Long Time recognizable person. And to just treat me like Anyone from Off the street is UNACCEPTABLE. Good By for Life. I am VERY UPSET! Boiling in fact on what happened !!! Then the girl Aman LIED on the phone when she was called on the spot about the matter . Anyways it’s only food. But I Do Not even eat Meat. So it is Extremely Rare and calculated when I take part in some Animal Flesh. The few times a year that I might. And that’s why this is on another level for me . To NOT get tooken care of properly. Again, So Long ..
Just ordered from this establishment and they have truly fallen off. Their customer service is deplorable at best. The food doesn’t taste well (I’ve never been a huge fan, but it was decent). We ordered 2 combos and 2 additional items and they forgot the 5 piece classics and had the nerve to keep questioning my husband when he called 2 minutes after leaving because he noticed they were missing. They have a lady with an accent there who is rude as ever. This place is (and I hate to say it) Ghetto. While there several other customers were complaining inside and out. They don’t even toss the food in the sauce, they pour it over/sprinkle it on. It’s a shame, but if you don’t want the headache, get your wing fix from Lord of the Wings or Mountain Mike’s (for location).
My wings were undercooked and entirely too salty, my husband’s garlic Parmesan were literally swimming in oil. Will be calling to complain!
An older lady working at this shop is consistently rude and unprofessional. Every time I go in to pick up an order, she uses a rude tone of voice, behaves aggressively, and is generally very unpleasant. She also speaks rudely to Skip and DoorDash drivers and sometimes acts violently, leading to the drivers' accounts being canceled. I recommend that everyone avoid this shop and report this woman.
Worst Wingstop ever overcharged me for small wen over the phone. I asked for large and purposely didn’t give me back my change not once but twice. The ladt pashtun behind register needs better customer service. If I could give this Wingstop a zero star, I would.
