The girl at the counter was great, she said the order would take 18 min but actually took around 30 min and it wasn't that busy. I ordered the 10 piece half bbq and half garlic parm but man I was really disappointed. The wings were super small and didn't even have the garlic part of the garlic parm, the wings were just fried, put in the plate and they threw some Parmesan cheese on it and that's it. The fries were really soggy and dark as in the oil needs to be changed. Really disappointed and never going back.
We love the Lemon Pepper flats and drums. There are about 8 - 10 different flavors to choose from. You can't go wrong with any of them.
Our host/cashier, Devonte, was very helpful and we appreciated that.
Although we have had their delicious fries in the past, we opted to be "good" this time and ordered the celery sticks with their crazy delicious Ranch dressing to go/takeout.
You can eat outdoors or indoors. They have delivery and takeout. They are wheelchair accessible. It is fairly quick service. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because their floor needs some cleaning. It is noticeable. But we will be back regardless!

I go to many different wingstop locations for delivery. Across the franchise, They are characteristically late. They should call it latestop, or long stop; because you're gonna be there a while. The wings are less cooked than I like. The crust is fairly hard, and all the sauces are Varieties of hot. It's low end.
Horrible customer service the girl who approached me about my mobile order was fake polite I asked for a water cup since I spent over $20 on my order it shouldn’t be a problem since at other wing stop locations they give you a water cup but this lady said NO right away and told me to buy a bottle of water. Then shortly after I sat down in disbelief because no restaurant I ever been too denied a water cup to me even after I bought a whole meal and a homeless man comes in wanting a water cup from the employees and they happily give him one.. so after he left with his water cup filled with juice I got up and asked for one while I wait for my order and tell them how they just gave a man a water cup who didn’t pay for nothing on the menu the rude girl finally says OKAY all rudely. ???? then when I got my order I thought maybe I could sit inside the restaurant but no because the same girl ran to the front of the register to stare ppl down while they look thru their order.. and when I checked my food some of the wings weren’t wings they were skinny chicken tenders. Overall the food was good but I will never be returning to this location the Wingstop in Hialeah much better
Best Wingstop I have ever visited. From the moment they answered the phone, to when I was greeted when I walked in. This staff is just perfection!!!! They even made sure my food was fresh

2nd time here and I feel like I’m treated a certain way and made to wait. Both times I came here and both times it seems like my order gets lost. Im feeling a certain way about this at this point. Some girl that came in after me asked me how long have I been waiting? It took 37 minutes for me to get 8 boneless wing combo. And there was more breading than meat.
