I ordered the boneless meal deal for delivery. The food was good. The fries were a bit cold, excusable as it was delivery, but they were far too salty. My sister loved the meal, while I found it okay and satisfactory. However, I think it's simply a matter of my preference for bone in wings. Would certainly order again otherwise.
I was watching some sports at home and wanted some wings different flavors. I came across Wingstop on Uber Eats I am usually a guy that read reviews before ordering I didn’t in this case. I ordered my food at 9:45 it’s now 11:45 same day. The under service was waiting for 1 hour and 15 mins for the food to be prepped. I give the benefit of the doubt that they were busy so I decided to contact the driver and he was even more annoyed because it’s a waste of his time and we all know time is money. At this point I decided to go read the reviews on the place which I really wished I did before ordering. The food came and just as the reviews said everything was in a mess the bag had sauce all over it and no it wasn’t from the driver because other people have complained about the same thing. I took a few photos of what it looked like and then I took a photo of how presentation should be on my plate. In all honesty I won’t blame the franchise but the management at this specific location should really get it together. I will give wingstop another chance but at a different location.
Firstly i ordered here 2 months ago 6 pieces of wings. When I got home and relaxed and ready to eat, to my surprise they only put 4 pieces. I tried calling and the phone line didn't work. I tried other location to give a number I wasn't successful. I called it a loss because I wasn't going back out in the night. Yesterday I tried them again, I told the cashier (curly hair man) my past issue and he said ok and apologize and say he will make it up with two extra pieces. I said ok because it's very disappointing not getting your order right.. I then order 10 pieces mixed flavor when I did check the bag before leaving it was just the 10 pieces, when I looked at him he started laughing... very unprofessional and disgusting behavior... I will not buy from this location again and I would not recommend anyone to go there neither....

With black young employees! The girls who works there act like they truly hate their jobs and treat the customers with little to no respect. Chicken is always dry, soda is always flat and fries are always half cooked and the place is too messy. Forget about ordering on these plat- forms for delivery they will handle your food with no care what so ever. Shut the whole place down or get new management with respectable employees. Period
I recently ordered a large smoked bbq thigh bites, lightly seasoned fries and a hi-c. I instead received what appeared to be contaminated water, 2 wing pieces that somehow ended up in my box of thigh bites and undercooked french fries. This is somewhat my fault for being oblivious to the poor reviews this establishment has been getting. Wingstop. Something has to change because the complaints are consistent about not only the staff but the food its time for an CHANGE!
The rudest wingstop of all time, the one on hampstead is way better than this. Just don't say hi to them I warn you , it'll ruin your mood . They all hate everybody who comes there.
Although i saw bad reviews , i wanted to try myself to see if it was really bad or not because i was really craving some wings and i wanted to give this location a chance despite the bad reviews. Once my order arrived it was sloppy and horribly packaged , cold over-seasoned & slightly burnt fries. The wings were room temperate, hard, rough & rubbery. They took too long. I don't know how this place is still in business. Get a new management or new employees. This place is bad. Get Atomic Wings or BWW instead DO NOT order or come here!
I'm not sure if it's a hangout spot or what but the crowd in there was just atrocious the workers seem like they knew everybody I guess that's a good thing. The soda machine needs to be cleaned it was just uncomfortable vibe to go in there. However we did order our food online when we did reach our food was ready. It was not the best food. We thought it was wings but it seemed more like breasts.
