If an option was to give no starts I would. Workers are completely out of it taking their sweet sweet time! Waited a little more than 1 hour for some wings and a sandwich yet still didn’t even receive my fries and on top of that they mixed up my flavors! I don’t understand why it took 3 people to make my order and it took longer than 30 minutes ! It’s overall crazy ! Don’t get wingstop here!!!
a ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN THIS TOWN. WHEN I TOOK MY PROBLEM TO THE MANAGER, SHE SHOWED NO CARE OR NO CONCERN AND COULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME THE FRANCHISEES NAME. TOLD ME THAT SHE JUST DOESN'T GIVE THINGS AWAY AND SHE WOULD HAVE TO GET APPROVAL FROM HER BOSS. GIVE THINGS AWAY? I DIDN'T ASK FOR A REFUND I ASKED FOR MY FOOD TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE IT WAS UNEDIBLE. IF THIS IS YOUR ACTING MANAGER I FEEL SORRY FOR EVERYONE IN THAT STORE IF IT WAS ME I WOULD FIRE THEM ALL AND START ALL OVER I HAVE YET TO TALK TO ANYONE WITH ANY RESPECT
I ordered a $50 large order for a sleepover for my children. The food came cold slimy and unedible but that's not the problem the problem was the manager who refused to replace my food, and when I asked for the franchisees name they hung up the phone on me. This happened on Friday it is Monday and my situation has still not been resolved. I plan on contacting corporate I have never dealt with employees that were so disrespectful that they would hang up on a customer that had a problem. The only thing you can do for people like this is pray so I will pray for these people but I will also put action behind my words whether it be the better Business bureau, Wingstop corporate, or small claims court I will not just stand by and have my $50 taken from this store
WS is the ultimate choice for the best seasoned chicken wings and sides from a franchise restaurant. Not only for the high quality food, but the people behind the counter and in n the kitchen, working their magic to prepare such delicious ???? food.
1. They had no drinks in the dispenser
2.they gave us the wrong type of wings(we wanted traditional they gave us boneless
3. Can’t even do in thing right
4. Very dirty
Food delivery bad forgot all sauces, changed out our flavors, went back the next day for a hopeful redemption but they were still closed 10 minutes pass open time with a worker out front “we’re backed on staff” so no wonder we didn’t get sauce. I’m not one to complain but coming from out of town and never having Wingstop I was looking forward to it but it’s not worth it save your money I spent. 60$
The employees were friendly and efficient. We asked for our wings to be cooked crispy and they were not. Some of them were soft with no crisp at all. The flavors were good. The french fries were hot and delicious. One piece of a drummette was included as a full wing and that's a shame.
Absolutely, rude, unprofessional, and downright nasty workers. The two females that helped me when I went to pick up an order or by far the rudest nastiest and unprofessional I’ve ever seen we get it. You hate your job. If that’s the case don’t work there don’t take out on people spending money there. If someone says thank you or have a good day you rolled your eyes and scare at them, not acceptable. If someone doesn’t hear you ask you for the name and then you ask what did you say and then yell in the customer face. BWW is right next door never go here anyone
Just picked up food from wingstop when another customer banged into my car door and I had to call the police bc she refused to exchange information. Apparently the wing stop employees on duty on 5/15/24 at 7:30p have better things to do then frying chicken like mocking their customer for taking care of their property.
