We stopped by Wingstop for dinner tonight and when we ordered food, I asked what they could get it quickest for us due to my toddler being really hungry. They suggested tenders so we got those and they offered to bring them out within just a couple of minutes. After just a few minutes, we were brought fries and informed that the tenders were taking just a bit longer which was great! After waiting for the rest of our food for a bit, an employee asked us if we received our food. When she found out we had not, she apologized, confirmed our order, and rushed it out for us. Overall, excellent customer service and very accommodating. Thank you so much!
Extremely pleased with the service at this Wingstop! The place was spotless, and the staff was on top of everything. It was great to see the manager so engaged and attentive to both the team and the customers. Employees like these are exactly what every business needs to thrive!!! Keep up the awesome work!!
My order was wrong, Mary the manager didn’t try to make up for it, they wanted to give me a credit instead of a refund when I paid for it with my money and not a gift card. They made it like I was inconveniencing them when they put the wrong food in the bag. No wings at all were in my bag just corn and fried and I didn’t order any corn. I still have not received my refund or even an apology for the mess up. Bad customer service!
I believe acknowledging great service. On 8/23/24 (@ 8pm), I walked in to pick up an online order. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and provided my order. Got home and noted order was on point, nothing missing. Kudos to the entire team working this evening ????
Customer service superb. Food is always on point. I just got some Cajun bone in and this location has never gotten it wrong. Always saucy and seasoned right. Texas City Palmer location doesn’t even compare. This location the OG for the TC/LM area
This is my second time at this location. Everything came out good . It was rally clean and the customer service was good. ????
Told my daughter there would be 30min wait on just fries. Wow really fries take 3-4 mins to cook they have lost their minds

Place smells like mold. Employees are on phones and setting down watching t.v and going outside to smoke I front of customers
Everything is dirty inside looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months
