usually this place is a hit or miss, but today the staff was really nice, repeated my order to me before i paid, my wings had the perfect amount of seasoning, the fries were fresh and well done, my ranch was filled all the way to the top and the coke wasn’t flat for once! good job today guys! ????
Visited this Location on 9-10-22 at 9:36pm the Chicken was extremely greasy, and corn was not fresh.
Return to this Location on 9-11-22 after driving 45 minutes and spoke with Daisy.
Called this location several times and no one answered last night. Daisy stated the food need to be returned for a refund or remake. Didn't want to take a chance on the food here again.
Called Lucia the GM and she explained the same policy procedure. I reviewed reviews and this location has 3.6 rating and this explains why. Lucia became apparently offended and HUNG up ???????? in my face after I told her the GREASE NEEDED TO BE CHANGED, COKE MACHINE DRINKS WERE FLAT AND THE CORN WAS OK BUT, DEFINITELY NOT FRESH .
I will leave an review online as well.
Lucia the customers keep you employed and the doors revolving so be mindful how you talk to and treat the CUSTOMERS/Community. Explains why this restaurant is one of the Most Unclean and Unkept ones

All 4 workers were very nice and had excellent service‼️✨ they made sure to keep the store super clean and worked really fast‼️???? they all need a raise Regulus, Rafael, greg Stephen ????
On a day with $0.70 boneless wings, and with the discount sign beside the register, I ordered boneless wings (and other items). My balance was $21 and change. I was initially charged the price of a 15-piece combo, but given no drink or fries.
This is not the first time this has happened. The employees seem to be unaware of their specials, or, more likely, encouraged to omit the deal or upcharge until a customer complains. From the sound of it, the next customer behind me had the same experience.
Upon correcting my total and resolving the issue, I was given my order. It ended up being the smallest chicken nuggets I've ever received from a WingStop.
Find another location.
Update in 2021:
The business ethics and professionalism here have dropped from a four star rating to a one star only rating based on my latest review from the summer of 2021. This place has done a 180 from their pre pandemic days of glory. They used to fill their dining area every night and on the weekends.
They lost their starpower after the worldwide pandemic of 2020/21. This place was like a ghost house on the last Saturday in July. See my latest pictures! They are nothing as cool as the Texas City Wingstop location on Palmer highway, whom I gave a five star review during the pandemic in the fall of 2020.
This Wingstop #56 on 11009 Fuqua St is my least favorite Wingstop now for Hot spicy bone in wings. Less stops here though here because of the expensiveness and cheap attitude towards dressings. A ten order of bone in was $13.29 served as a combo, with a drink only. NO dressings or celery anymore. I asked for a ranch and a blue cheese dressing and they only gave me one ranch dressing but charged me full price even though I did not want a 20 ounce beverage. They have dropped in their business ethics, because of this huge fail! This place is only a distant memory from now on. If I’m in the Fuqua area I’d rather give the Time Out #1 sports bar my business. They aren’t cheap skates there about their large bone in wings- 12 with plenty of buffalo sauce for $13.99, and three dressings for .50 cents each with eight sticks of complimentary celery. Their wings are grande at 11460 Fuqua St. And two for the price of one bone in on Tuesdays. Again, very generous and not stingy cheap skates like here at 11009 Fuqua St. This franchise store here is very greedy! Support your real blue collar hot wings business at another location.
My son and I love the Cajun corn. It's so good!!! The wings are good, too, but our favorite is the corn.
This place has a great Staff. They are friendly and responsive. However the technology was outdated. The owner was not attentive to his Customers. The Fountain Machine looked like it came from a Time Machine. My food was short. I ordered Large Fries and was served a medium. Then the fries were short on top of that. All this while the Owner walks the Cook Floor. SMH Never Again This Wing Stop. Stop it! -Tailor
Ordered takeout from here and was pretty disappointed.
Buffalo had no sauce, more like a Buffalo oil or something. Not good at all. Took a picture of the bottom of the container. The greasy stuff on the bottom was what was on the wings.
