I waited at the counter to talk to someone for what seemed like 15 minutes while the female
workers were gossiping. I said “Hello” three times very politely to try to grab a worker’s attention, to which the worker laughed and responded “Hi” or “Hola”. A worker looked back at me and saw that I clearly was waiting and turned around to continue gossiping with her coworker. Then proceeded to speak in Spanish amongst each other and purportedly, I could hear some bits about me. When someone finally came to the counter where I was waiting, I told them with a smile on my face that everything was totally fine, but my chicken was raw and I couldn’t eat it, so I was going to throw my whole meal away. I didn’t ask for a refund, didn’t ask for anything, and was very polite about it and told them that I just wanted to let someone know. The worker laughed and just said “Ok”. Other customers seemed to feel bad for my situation. The workers here are not professional, the bathrooms are dirty, the tables sticky, and food quality is subpar.
2nd time they messed up my order, first time okay whatever small mistake. 2nd time? That 20 piece meal deal, I don't understand how you can confuse 20 boneless wings for 6 wings? Then offered store credit, I get trying to appeal to the customer, but an error like this that's their responsibility. One that was EASILY avoidable if they paid the slightest attention. To whoever orders from here, good luck with them getting it right or even having a decent attitude when you call to complain.
Customer service improved so much I even enjoyed picking up my order. The lady on the phone sounded very knowledgeable and respectful ????
Ordered 10 wings and got 8 steroid sized drums and just 2 flats. Ask for extra well done fries…received cold soggy fries. They aren’t even trying at this location.
Wings were fine, but the fries were dark brown, burnt, and covered in an insane amount of salt- it looked like the sugar coating on a sour patch kid. Not sure if the fryer oil isn’t being changed or what.
I love all Wingstop's except for this location, they treat the door dashers like trash. The store could use some help meaning a whole new staff.
The woman behind the counter was so cheerful. Wish I got her name. She was smiling as soon as she approached the counter and made me feel welcomed. My food was hot and delicious! My order was accurate and sister wait more than the expected completion time given on the phone. Loved it!
