Stopped In WingStop Today Since I Was In Dover.. Got The Lemon Pepper Wings And The Spicy Korean Wings, Corn, And Fries.. Everything Was REALLY Good!! Especially That Corn! Had A Lil Issue But The Cashier Fixed The Issue So HUGE Shout Out To Her For Being On It!
Really let down by my last visit to the Wingstop in Dover. I drove from Milford specifically for what I hoped would be delicious, saucy chicken tenders. I ordered the mild wings, which are advertised and expected to be saucy. Instead, I got tenders that were bone-dry, as if I’d ordered a dry rub when I hadn’t. I called the store to sort it out, hoping for a quick fix, but the conversation went south. The manager answered with a plain ‘hi’, which was confusing and unprofessional, leaving me unsure how to even start explaining the problem. When I did explain, instead of helping, he focused on criticizing my tone rather than addressing the issue with my order. Ended up with no resolution and just a hang-up. Very disappointing experience and not the quality or service I expect. Do these look saucy to you?

If I could rate my recent experience just on the chaos alone, I’d give it its own star ranking—but sadly, I have to factor in the overall experience, which was less than stellar. Upon entering, I was greeted by an overwhelming soundscape of two different rap stations blaring at maximum volume. Honestly, it's hard to describe the complete jarring effect of explicit lyrics competing with each other like a battle of the bands, only without the charm!
To make matters worse, I witnessed an employee embroiled in a heated argument with a customer who claimed that their order had gone missing, despite the fact that I could see the gentleman visibly losing patience after waiting an hour. While I sympathized with the diners attempting to navigate the unfortunate situation, chaos unfolded in real time.
I attempted to get clarity on my own order, having already waited thirty minutes by that point. Patiently, I approached the young lady at the counter, only to be met with an equally chaotic response. So, after a full forty minutes of anticipation, I was finally handed an order—but it was clear it had been sitting on the rack, neglected, for quite a while. It was disappointing to say the least.
In a nutshell, the environment was nothing short of pandemonium, combined with a wait time that felt exaggerated and unnecessary. I genuinely wanted to enjoy my meal, but the soundtrack of frustration, clock-watching, and miscommunication made that an uphill battle. Here’s hoping they find a way to put the chaos aside and focus on customer service in the future—until then, I can’t see myself returning anytime soon.
The cook in the back is trying to watch his kid in the lobby who is about 3-4 years old with a iPad on full volume. Took one and a half hours to get wings I ordered on the app there excuse was online orders don’t always work? Horrible customer service they completely messed up the wings 2 of 3 had no seasoning but should’ve been garlic parm and 3rd was mild and they just gave me wings with barely any sauce on them
From our recent visit, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and delicious food. The welcoming atmosphere immediately put us at ease, and the staff's attentiveness was commendable. We were particularly grateful for the assistance with carrying our food and the informative explanations of the flavors. The thoughtful recommendations enhanced our dining experience. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, making our visit truly enjoyable.
This place is better than wings to go, but still not the best wings I've had. Unfortunately, if you place an order for multiple wings and multiple sauces on your wing, they may combine all of the flavors into one package. They don't mark what is what, so you have to kind of taste things to figure out what you're eating. It would be very helpful for them to mark what wings are what flavor.
Service was nice and the lady at the front was very pleasant. Overall speed wasn't great, but they did look like they were a little bit busy.
the food is always fresh and the workers are always fast. the restaurant is very clean with a good atmosphere!
This wingstop is great! Fresh,hot and juicy chicken with fries ready to order. The staff tonight was very friendly and getting it done. The manager was making sure things got done in a timely manner.
