I usually go here and unfortunately have been disappointed one other time and I let it go. Today I went to get a 15 meal for two and the wings were the worst. They tasted burnt, super crunchy, and dry. Not a drop of sauce was on my mild wings tasted like wings dipped in oil. If I lived closer and had more time I’d totally take them back. Save your 30 dollars.
I love Wingstop..but to be fair most of the time the service is terrible and the soda machines are never working.
However, today I ordered wings for my office and when I went inside I was greeted my Ralph. He had my order ready on time, went over the order and everything was correct, and the soda machine had ice and all sodas were working.
There was an older lady with a walker and Ralph took the time to take her her order.
The store was actually really clean, the staff he is had working together.
What a nice change. I hope they stay in this path.
I noticed an item might be missing from my order during pick up and asked the employee to double check. Instead of checking, he confirmed that it was placed in the box, which was not true once I arrived back home. The location won't pick up the phone and goes straight to voicemail.
I had the BEST customer service in years with Deon tonight. It's apparent he loves his job and creates an atmosphere that entices others to come for many years to come. The foods always fresh here and clean!! Please hire more like him.
So the food is always good. They make it fresh and have some good cooks in the back. Now, the establishment itself. Absolutely disgusting. I expected more since it is on the “greater” side of town. But it seems that every table is always dirty, trash, sauce particles old receipts. I don’t think anyone cleans it to be honest. It makes me question the kitchen but they use that often and I’m trying to be optimistic since I’m sitting here waiting for my food I just ordered. Fries were cold, asked for new fries same coke fries with like 10 fresh on top….This soda machine has been out of ice since we got here. Asked the little lady if they can refill it—15-25mins past still nothing, then they do it. Lid has been off for a cool 20mins now. Here’s some examples, this place should just be a Togo place. Order and leave. Anyhow, we’ll see if I come back.
Awful location. Came here and had ordered well done and everything was so soggy. I then noticed that I didn't even have my full order in the bag. I went back and asked for a remake and told them it wasn't well and I was missing 12 wings and some
Hispanic Lady with tattoos claimed "I made that order I know what was in there". I repeated that they were not in the bag and she finally said she would remake them, making me wait 20 more minutes
This place is the worst Wingstop I’ve been too. They completely screwed up my order, I had to drive all the way back and wait for them to fix the order. They offered me a $5 gift card for messing up a $45 dollar order. Not even enough to cover gas for having to drive back. What a joke.
They allowed a homeless man with a needle in his hand to keep coming in and out of the location. I tried calling this location to place an order over the phone they wouldn’t answer the phone, once I got in line I physically seen the person in the front receiving a call to the store and him muting the call. Terrible experience.
