Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Wingstop location. The staff seemed more interested in playing around and dancing rather than getting orders out. Customers, including myself, were left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time — I waited over 45 minutes just for a single order! It’s incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to the people who are paying and expecting decent service. Management seriously needs to step in and bring some professionalism to this place. I won’t be coming back here anytime soon.
Came to Wingstop hungry this afternoon. I was greeted pleasantly by the workers and Solomon the hiring manager was a pleasure! He was really polite and attentive he made sure I got just what I asked for as far as my order. I really appreciated his customer service skills. I’ll be back again for sure. I would just order in advance to avoid waiting but if you want it FRESH it’s worth the wait !!
If I could give it no stars I would . Wait time is crazy 2-3 hour wait just because they want to gossip and be on there phone while they have 10-15 people waiting for their orders . Not just that but employees bagging up fries with their hands all over them while they’re putting their hands in their pants is disgusting . & the attitude they need to be fixed . Wing stop needs to do better .
I work in food delivery and came here to pick up an order and left thoroughly annoyed. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Workers cussing, rapping obscene lyrics, rude to customers and super long wait times. I'll never go back to this location and I'm warning others if you have to go here be prepared to be annoyed with your experience.
If you want to wait over an hour for an order that says it’s going to be ready in 20 minutes, then this place is for you.
Ordered online and came to the store 15 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready - and it wasn’t. The place wasn’t even busy.
You can clearly see a couple workers standing around, talking, and just not working to get anyone’s orders done. It’s a huge waste of time and money.
Waited to long ,ghetto and cook back there eating m&ms with the other coworker. No gloves.

Got here at 11:30 said my food was ready. Lazy employees do not want to work. I get that it’s closing at 12 but I got here 30 minutes before hand lying that they do not have my food very ignorant answers.
I’m totally confused on how I made a purchase at 10:00 via DoorDash, was notified that the order was completed and ready for pickup at 10:45, I arrive to the location and it is still not ready at 11:15 pm. Furthermore, im confused on how there is a store full of customers like myself who have paid for their order, received a notification that their order is ready as well, just to arrive and have to wait an additional 45 minutes PLUS for our food! Are we only being alerted that the order is completed due to Wingstop not receiving consequences due to their complete lack of efficiency, evident lack of care for customers’ concerns, and terrible customer service? Shame, because the food is good. However I cannot with the excessive time delay and the lack of urgency from the employees to fulfill our order. Ridiculous!
