I had to take this down to 1 star. I used to enjoy wingstop but each time I have come to this location it has gotten progressively worse. This last visit was indeed the LAST visit I’ll be making.
My wife’s bone in wings were cold and undercooked. My chicken tenders that were supposed to be tossed in buffalo has no sauce on them and they were covered in oil and overcooked. Our French fries were also overcooked. And my chicken sandwich… was not recognizable as food. I tried to take a bite and it was not edible. I threw it away without eating any of it.
The people working at this location have never seemed to care, and the food is always 20+ minutes late.

I got an email offering a free five wings if I spent at least $15. Nope. I ordered 15 wings, plus the five free. I got 15 total. I've had wings from this restaurant that were the best ever. And I threw half of one batch away as inedible. These were in the middle.
I put in an order at 4:30 to be ready at 5:30. I get there at 5:30 with my toddler and groceries in the car to grab my order and was told it wasn’t ready yet.
I then spent the next HALF HOUR asking when my order would be ready, only for them to keep telling me “just a couple minutes”. People came in well after I got there, ordered, and got their food before they even looked at my ticket. But the lobby seemed to be full of people also waiting forever for orders that should have been done already. And when they finally handed my 5:30 order to me at 6:05 they just handed it to me and walked away . No “sorry for the wait” or even “thanks for your patience.”
I’m also adding a photo of what apparently counts as 1 wing in an order of 8.
Too many wing options in the area to keep going to this place that’s clearly being very poorly run that they can’t even get an order out at the time they agreed to. Or even 5 mins late, or 10 minutes late. Just 35 minutes late apparently.
It's good food sometimes, 1/3 chance it's perfect and 2/3 it's over cooked, very flavorful though, also the wait is crazy, 1 hour for 6 wings when 3 people are here like golly gee bro, but I still somewhat recommend it.....only if you have the time
So I haven’t been here in over a year after they wouldn’t refund my card for an order placed online that I ended up not picking up due to the weather. Today I decided it’s been long enough I’ll go ahead and order online. I ordered extra fry seasoning on my fries and a 10 piece mix and match with bone in and boneless wings. Well after getting back to work with my order I find out that I have All bone in wings and little to no seasoning on my fries. I’m DONE with this place for good this time!
Long wait food was good. Need to work on customer service. They will see you in line and won't say nothing until you do.
This was my first time ever at a Wingstop and, unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience.
I ordered the 8 piece boneless combo online for pickup. It was ready when I arrived. Their tea machine wasn’t working so I got soda instead. There was a sign on the door saying that masks are required but the employee who gave me my drink had his mask under his chin.
I got to the park where I was going to eat and realized, upon opening the sealed bag, that they didn’t include napkins or utensils.
I ate the boneless wings with my hands – hot Buffalo on half and Cajun on the other half.
They were heavily sauced, which I appreciate, but the meat wasn’t very good. One piece in particular was very fatty and I spat it out.
The corn had potential, but all the seasoning was on the core, not the kernels (you know, the part you actually eat).
Overall, it wasn’t bad, but I probably won’t be back. Too many better options nearby.
I went in for my Togo order. There were 3 workers who looked at me and ignored me for atleast 5 minutes until 3 more people walked in. As I was waiting a worker had ranch togo containers full sitting on the nasty floor. My Togo order was at the wrong location and so I left to the Mid rivers location and it was way more pleasant. Don’t recommend this location. I’m not a Karen. Real facts.
