Absolutely disgusting, waited 45 min in dirty so called food establishment. I have been in cleaner rest stops. We were going to eat there but quickly changed our mind during the wait. Finally got the food took a short 1 minute walk to the car and opened our bad. Fries soggy, cold and undercooked. Took 1 bite of the wet oily boneless garlic parm and spit it right out. Completely disgusting- everything was disgusting. I will never recommend them and you couldn’t pay me to go there again
The wait time is actually ridiculous and sitting in here feels like I might actually contract a food borne illness. absolutely do not recommend this establishment
My recent Wingstop order was amazing! Everything was exactly as I ordered, and the food was incredibly fresh. The wings were hot and crispy, bursting with flavor, and the fries were perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Even the dipping sauces were fresh and delicious, adding the perfect touch to the meal. The overall experience was fantastic, and I could tell that everything was made with care. I’m definitely looking forward to my next Wingstop order!
They greet you from the time you walk through the door and even ask how the chicken tastes. This location has got to be the best one… from Oakland, California to Denver, Colorado and now out to Toms River, NJ. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend this location. 10pc combo all flats with Louisiana rub and Cajun corn. ???? ???? ????
Waited over 40 minutes for my order. Got home the food was not seasoned well and was very cold. Very disappointed to unprofessional service. Came back to the store to reorder was charged. Manager could have compensated us but nope she charged us. Again horrible service!
I’ve had two awful experiences at Wingstop, and I will never be going back.
The first time, I ordered 40 wings and paid extra to get all flats. When I got home, I realized they gave me 38 drums and only 2 flats. When I called the store, the employees seemed confused while reviewing the order. Eventually, a supervisor or manager got on the phone and told me the general manager would contact me. I expressed that I didn’t want the order anymore, but they said they couldn’t do anything for me. Unsurprisingly, the general manager never reached out.
The second time, I received all flats as ordered, but the chicken was huge, undercooked, and tasted awful. The skin was soggy, and to top it off, one piece had a feather still attached! I was excited to try the BBQ flavor, but after that, I completely lost my appetite.
Wingstop used to be a favorite of mine because they took pride in sorting through their chicken to ensure quality. Sadly, that no longer seems to be the case. At nearly $2.00 per piece of chicken, the quality is just not worth it.
**STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!**
First time trying WingStop and I was not disappointed. I ordered online and took advantage of the special, 20 boneless wings with up to 4 flavors as well as large seasoned fries. Order was ready on time. Boneless wings were large and had the right amount of seasoning/heat. Fries were also well seasoned. The only issue was the wing flavors were not marked on the containers so it was difficult to tell what you were trying. I would certainly order again though.
My order was thrown together in same boxes. I ordered a variety of different flavors. The garlic parm was just oil drizzled all over it . Nothing was coated in the sauce. Couldn't tell what was what. I don't think I would be going back . Seems like a hangout more than a place of business.
