I go here all of the time. it gets pretty busy but the team is really good about updating me on my wait time and my food always comes out fresh and saucy just how i like it. The manager Irene always goes above and beyond, when my toddler was fussy i had to take him to my car: she brought my order out to me and included a free drink. will keep coming back, you have my loyalty!!
I recently went to Wingstop and had an outstanding experience the cashier up front Irene helped decide to try out these new flavors. Personally I am now a fan of hot honey! Exceptional customer service, friendly, and ensured my order was accurate. This truly made my visit enjoyable. Thank you!
I love this location! The service is top notch. The food always fresh and delicious. Atmosphere is always positive vibes, smiles. I've never had any issues since this location opened. Employees are so nice especially Eric, Jesslin, Daisy, and Irene. They make the visit more enjoyable as they ensure that we have all of our favorite dips. Highly recommend.
The workers here toke 30 minutes to make this. Hardly season and smallest portion of fries
I was today afternoon and placed my order with the cashier in person, i was alone in the restaurant at that moment, after pay and received my receip and waiting more than 15 minutes a asked the person inside about my order and she told me my order is in wait, that they were attending big orders made by phone.. and my meal of six pieces will take more than 15 minutes in the fryer because is classic wings that get more time + adding 5 or 10 minutes on the waiting list, we were assuming that will wait close to 45 minutes in total, for an orden in a fast food restaurant, It is too much. I asked for the manager and she was the manager the name IRENE, who rude told me will give me my money back... never go there !! They don't tell you that it would take around 45 minutes or more for your single meal of order in the local store. And are not friendly with the customers in the restaurant .. Bad experience !!!
Placed a phone order. Guy never mentioned that they were not taking cash at the moment. Got to wing stop and when he was ringing us up he said no cash. After letting him know that we would have appreciated a heads up before ordering and wasting our time to drive down he was very rude and shook his shoulders. This place always has very poor costumer service not the first time I have had an unpleasant experience.
I had a great experience at the Wingstop in Redlands,Cal recently and was really taken away by their tasty chicken wings!
I had their lemon pepper and garlic parmesan flavors on my order and an order of their corn on the cob-tasted really great! They make your meal to order so there is a short wait,but so worth it!Friendly servers,super clean tables and plenty of free parking.

Wow. 3 chicks working, 40 minutes for 10 plain wings. The wing stop staff in LA aren’t even that stupid. I could, and already have cooked 6 fresh butterfly chicken cutlets in the time it takes them to fry 10 frozen wings and box em up. The little round one with glasses was just dancing and talking about how close they were to closing for the whole 40 minutes (I got there at 10:10, they close at 11.). Seasoned like one batch of fries that whole 40 minutes. The skinnier butterface was wiping a counter in the same spot, in slow motion for like 5 minutes. Worst part is, I just paid $16 to fix an Uber Eats order I messed up, and the customer I tried compensating had to wait forever. They were still happy when I brought them their order, God bless them.
I could actually find 3 monkeys at the zoo and they would do a better job than those brainless idiots. They didn’t look happy, maybe they deserve it if they affect others however they please while on the job.
