I was in the area when I spotted Wingstop and decided to stop by for some fries and classic chicken wings. The restaurant was busy, with people enjoying their meals, which initially gave me high expectations. I ordered the fries and classic wings, and after about 20 minutes, I picked up my food and headed home.
Once I started eating, however, I was disappointed. The chicken wings were rubbery in texture, and there was a strong smell of what seemed like old, overused oil. This affected the flavor and made the wings difficult to enjoy; unfortunately, it was some of the worst chicken I've had.
Hoping for a better experience, I moved on to the fries, but they were equally underwhelming. They too had a lingering taste from the oil, which seemed stale, and left the fries tasting unpleasant.
Overall, the meal didn't live up to expectations, and it was disappointing to have food that felt low-quality and improperly prepared. If you're looking for a fresh and tasty experience, I'd suggest considering other options instead.
Imagine all the goodness you’ll get once you open up your bag from Wingstop! Upon stepping inside, you’re greeted by an appealing decor, which is uncommon in most chain restaurants. I never had problem with the service, they were spot on and got our food done in a reasonable time.
The food here is the best part. The garlic Parmesan sauce is a great choice to get, as well as the mild. I never tried any other flavors but they’re as flavorful as my options! The fries were also a highlight, and the seasoning really makes a good touch. Overall, would recommend wingstop.
I just left this location and I placed an online order knowing that on a busy Friday it will take a little bit longer. However, this review is specifically for one of the workers. His name is Orlando. His customer service was beyond amazing, especially on a Friday night and there being a huge amount of orders his composure and attitude and customer service was the best I’ve ever seen at a fast food place on a rush-hour. He always had a positive attitude and spoke highly well to the customers despite being overwhelmed with orders. He was so patient with a bunch of people who kept coming in for their order. I just wanted to give him a huge shout out so shout out to Orlando at this location. You’re amazing and I would definitely recommend specifically because of the customer service.
This location is bad. Food took 45 minutes (was supposed to be ready in 13-18). Multiple employees talking on their phones with one hand and working with the other. Paid for 2 blue cheeses, didn't get one. Wings and fries were not good. Total let down coming here, probably the last time I come to this one. Not the first time that this place underperformed
Ordered online and there were quite a few people in the place during pickup. Came during the window it said to and ended up sitting around for over 20 minutes past the pickup window. Thankfully I looked in the bag as they almost forgot my sauce again. Food was delicious but the service is very slow.
I Placed my order at 10:44pm from home, website says order will be ready in roughly 20 minutes. I get in my car @ 11:57pm & arrived @ 11:07pm. I walked out of wingstop around 12:20am with NO FOOD in hand. When i got tired of waiting & finally asked for a refund, thats when the cook decided to holler my name from the order ticket / receipt to inform me that they ran out of bone in chicken. I waited over an hour just to be told there was no chicken that I selected. To say that I was extremely aggravated is an understatement. Then i was told that it would take 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS to receive my $30.08 refund. This place used to be a quality establishment.. im not sure what was going on last night but, they need management on duty @ night EVERY NIGHT. Those boys were unorganized, disheveled, frantic , & the kitchen was smoking all night bc the grease was clearly too hot. Also how does a chicken joint run out of chicken? Ive never heard of chick-fil-a running out of chicken … it’s insane.

It is now November 2nd 2024 & i still have not received a refund.
The cashier was sweet, and she expedited the orders as soon as they were ready. She actually checked on the customers to see what they were waiting on.
Waited over 30 minutes for a 10 piece wings, I asked after 25 minutes why it’s taking so long and was told they needed another five minutes for the fries that when I got it was just warm and not something that just came off the fryer. Employees sitting around on their phone while the place is full of mess with wraps from straws. No napkins nor paper towels or trash bin provided to discard any waste for a place that’s designed for eat in as well as to go
