Amazing food. I always enjoy getting boneless original hot wings and fries, which are great! Below average service, however, normally taking about 15-30 minutes to bring out smaller orders. One thing besides service is dislike is that another container of ranch is not free. It is $2. Not worth it, which is unfortunate considering how great their food is!
My meal was great, food was hot! The service was awesome as well; was greeted professionally and they made sure I had everything I ordered.
Found out there was a Wingstop in good driving distance.... so, we went out to get some chicken. Love the lemon pepper seasoning and we tried the new "thighs" this go round. A little disappointed with the thighs as I thought they would be regular sized but the batch I had was smaller than a regular sized thigh.
food was super delicious but the staff was so rude. we got 3 waters for just WATER. and as we were filling them up, they sent a staff over there to “stock” as this staff member ways stocking. she was glaring at us and our drinks to make sure we were getting waters. i say “stocking” because the lids and everything else were barley touched. and then as we went to refill them, they kept their eyes on us and kept glaring at us. when we first walked in, and were looking at the menu they said to us very rudely what we wanted. not if we were ready to order or anything nicely. it wasn’t a very welcoming experience.
The food was great but my experience was not! I went to the location on Westport and I had place a mobile pick up order. The man cashier was on the phone so I was waiting my turn. He gets off the phone and helps someone that came in after me and he didn’t even acknowledge me. None of the employees acknowledged me or asked what I needed! I will not be going back to this location!! I have never felt so unseen at a restaurant in my life.
I just spent over $100 on a large order for two families… I checked my order before leaving and the wings were very dry so I asked for two small cups of Buffalo sauce and the manager insisted that I pay $1.69 per cup… I told him the wings are dry and if they weren’t dry I wouldn’t need the sauce… a nice young man inside the store came up to the counter and said he would pay for my two cups of sauce… that was TOTALLY besides the point, the wings were dry… so, the manager Jose said he would give me the sauces for free… I asked him who his boss was and he told me to call Eddie or corporate. I asked my daughter to take a picture of the sign on the wall where corporates phone number was and he said “if you are going to call corporate, I’m not giving you the sauce!” … I said “okay, that’s fine.” We left without any extra sauce. I really wanted to leave the food and demand a refund… if it wasn’t for my sister’s family waiting for us to bring food, I would have. NO RESPECT! These people are out of control over $1.69 x 2 and didn’t even try to make it right that they were serving DRY wings on a $100+ order. I will NEVER come back to this location because of JOSE.
I just went and got 40 all flat fried hard and 3 boneless combos. I ain’t gone lie food was on point ready when I got there and fire when I got home. 10 out of 10 will try again thank to the cashier ever smooth and efficient.
We ordered it with garlic lemon flavour. Nice taste. The potatoes were so good.
