I hope the owner of this franchise reads this. Let me start by saying that I’m not a wing stop customer. I may have had it once before in my life. Today I realized why I wasn’t impressed the first time to go back again. First of all, the cashier kept telling people after they ordered to do the online survey while they wait, give a 5 star and he’ll give them free fries. That’s not how that works and I found out why they’re asking people to do that. The food is ????️. I ordered bone in lemon pepper wing combo. I said “lemon pepper everything.” The fries had no lemon pepper or any seasoning on them. They were old brown fries that should’ve been thrown away, not served. The wings barely had a sprinkle of something. Definitely not what lemon pepper wings should look like. If I order a flavor on my wings, my mouth should burst with whatever flavor I ordered. This is horrible. A waste of money. I won’t ever go back to another wing stop.
I order around 7-8 place was busy weren't many helpers other than two lovely hard working women, working.
This is the second time they got my order wrong. I asked for hot honey rub, they gave me the hot flavor.
There needs to be someone to quality check all orders before they're packed. Not coming here again.
Greasiest, most flavorless wings I’ve ever had from wingstop. I usually order the 10 piece lemon pepper wings but every time i order from here they are shriveled up and drenched in grease. You can definitely tell they are refried. Better off going to San Carlos wingstop where the food is actually fresh, don’t waste your money here
Staff does not speak the English, understand basic Spanish, or charades and pointing. They could not process that I just wanted chicken, "no meal". Took about 10 minutes just to order a 'meal' (which I clearly did not want, and attempt to communicate with all means necessary. Order then took over 30 minutes, and was incorrect. $60+ for 30 wings, frys, and at least 30 new grey hairs. Incompetence is on the rise, and this location is leading the charge.
This place gives free food for a 5 star review the food was good either way but they buy their reviews #facts
Pre ordered my food and it was delicious, and perfect. Kudos to friendly staff.
Nice selection of flavours. Love how you can order online and pay when you pickup, makes things a lot faster. There's also something they do to their fried that makes them tastes really good.. sugar?
