I had placed a pickup order that was unfortunately incorrect. However, Erika, the shift manager, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Her exceptional customer service and dedication to making things right were greatly appreciated, and I will definitely be back because of her outstanding service.
This place is either poorly manage or needs more help. You could tell they had too many orders 'dine In' and 'take out'. You could see the crew working the fastest they could but yet unable to complete orders in an adequate time. I spent 1 hour waiting for an order I had to ask for my refund. I constantly had to ask if they were working in it. They just kept saying "it's coming"with out even checking. I did heard the manager that corporate was going to stop the online ordering for a while. They should of done that before it got too chaotic. I left this place disappointed specially because I went here to get a fast meal before work and I had to leave with an empty stomach.
The restaurant was super busy in the evening and they had about 7 employees working but only one person working the register and I think he was new because he was struggling. Two separate people had to help him the entire time and it was very frustrating because I just wanted to get my order to go and leave but I was waiting forever to get my food as well as several other people in the restaurant. The lady who also took my card had an attitude and was struggling with the card reader but I don’t blame her since it was during the dinner rush. Additionally, they were so busy they messed up my order and gave me extra chicken so that an automatic 5 stars for me. Aside from the horrible service the food was good and I think I just caught the staff on a bad day
Restaurant full, a lot people standing waiting for orders. While waiting for my order I tried helping by cleaning up one table and taking the tray to them. Family was able to now sit down but the employee told me to leave the tray at the table. I said there's a line of people needing to sit down and there's dirty tables. She repeated herself to leave the trays at the tables. Sorry so unprofessional. Never ordering from this location again.
Revision- just got home. After waiting over an hour for my order my wings are disgustingly undercooked. Unbelievable.
If I could give zero stars I would my mom called to make an order yesterday and i understand the workers there might not understand Spanish but they were straight up just being disrespectful my mom kept trying to work with them and they were acting dumb. They couldn’t even get her name right after telling them 10 times.
Came in today and ordered Dine in and Carlos was extremely polite and helpful. He made sure my order came out perfect and fresh. My wings and fries were lovely and I am definitely coming back with Carlos to get his amazing service and food.
JESUS!! The Food was Super Good!, There was an amazing Cook pretty Tall guy and Respectfully came and brought my Order and Read my order and… And that guy Was amazing on how he Cooked my Meal just Wow God bless him.
Ordered two of the 20 piece combos. The fries were super greasy, soggy, no seasoning. Just greasy and bland. All the wing flavors are SUPER salty! The “original hot” isn’t spicy in the slightest. Like, zero percent. Over all “meh”. The cheese sauce for dip is just canned generic nacho cheese. Did not like. Not sure if this was a fluke, but it’ll be a hard pass on Wingstop again in the future.
