This is not the first time but I will be the last. I place an order online and Door Dash deliver my order when I got my order I notice that’s was only one bag and half of my order was missing I call the store and the attendant told me that the other bag was there so I told her that I was going back to pick up the order but that I was bringing the food that I got back and that I want my food to me remade. She told me that she needed to speak with her manager about the issue. Shortly after she came back on the line and I told her that I was on my way to get the food that I paid for. She say okay and few minutes later I received a phone call from there telling me that Door Dash took the two bags that I need to call them if I want my food. I call Door Dash and they told me that Wingstop was the one that needed to refund me the money This is not the first time that this location do the same thing. Someone gotta do something about it that is not the way to treat customers.
I came in because I've been craving some wings, I saw the reviews and was like, I have to give this place a try myself. Clean establishment, I was attended right away. The food is made to order so there is a little bit of a wait but it's worth the fresh food. I ordered the Lemon Herb Remix 6pc Combo. I took pictures because there are absolutely no pics of this place on Google maps. The prices are good. The fries are delicious. The chicken is delicious but next time I'll stick to the lemon pepper wings.
This was the second and last time I will order from this location. I used the app to place an order for pick up, the first time I did order my food at 7:30pm when I got the order confirmation it stated ready between 16-21min. By time I drove to this location to pick up my food sure enough it wasn’t ready. I had to wait another 30-45 minutes until the food was ready. I figured it was just a rough night. So I decided eh maybe I’ll try again since this location is conveniently located 2 minutes from the house. I ordered again yesterday 11/15/2024 this time I ordered way in advance thinking I didn’t give them enough time boy was I wrong. I placed my order at 8pm on the dot my order wasn’t ready until 9:42pm. The place was crowded and everyone was complaining so was i because the fight was on that night with Mike Tyson of course we all didn’t want to miss that! I just hope someone is reading my review and is willing to do something about this. These wings aren’t cheap. I spent 62.00 on a 40 wing combo and waited almost 2 hrs for them this is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never order from this location again. Lesson learned after the second time.
Had the best cashier to this location by the name of Lucy she took great care of my order made sure I had all my dips. Would recommend this place and highly ask for Lucy when purchasing. Lucy and the team are very friendly and she saw her asking a customer if they needed help taking an order to their vehicle much person doesn’t concern the store always clean.
Avoid this location. Worst experience I have had at any restaurant, not just at a Wing Stop. If you are really craving Wing Stop, do yourself a favor and drive the extra 7 minutes to the Coconut Creek location. The staff here are inattentive and rude, the order was wrong, and I was told I would have to pay for 5 empty paper cups to go with the large bottle of lemonade that I purchased with my $81 order. I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option. I don't ever waste my time with leaving reviews. I just don't return to dumps like this after a couple bad experiences. Typical a 3 strikes and you're out policy. However, they managed to piss me off enough after my one and only visit that I was willing to waste more of my time with this stupid review to help make sure no one else goes there.
The young man that assisted us in the store was warm and friendly. Thank you Donney you made us laugh and smile. The lemon pepper winds were amazing. Fantastic service.
Disgusting! Stay away from this place. Go to another location, not Coral Springs.The one in CS is full of rude, petty and weird teenagers with tattoos on their faces ( scary and dirty looking) and the worst manager ever! They do not wear gloves while preparing the food. The staff there do not like online orders. If you place the order through their app, DoorDash or Ubereats they won’t make it until you show up. And if you dare to question these losers why your order is not ready for pickup they will get angry and make you wait even longer and mess up your food by burning the fries or putting extra sauce on wings just to make it disgusting. The manager is gross, not even a lil bit nice, she looks like she’s ready to fight you.. you know the ghetto type. I don’t know who is in charge of this particular store but whoever it is..makes sure they only hire the worst people to work there.
Customer service is awful , makes you regret spending money at this place. Those wings can be pricey.. you know. I am going to contact corporate headquarters and leave my complaint about this store on Wiles rd, Coral Springs.
There are so many complaints about this group of people who works there. I hope ???? Wingstop reads the bad reviews and replace them all.
Never ordered here because of the reviews I ended up placing an order at this location by accident and let’s just say the reviews didn’t lie. I walked in I was immediately greeted with a welcome but nothing else followed after that. There was at least four workers huddle in one area which one of them was texting. So I’m standing there I’m looking at them and they looking at me but not one time was I asked am I placing or picking up. Finally the girl that was making the food came up and asked me which she shouldn’t had have to because there was at least 3 other workers doing nothing.wings barley had any sauce on it yall just go to the one on lyons.
