If you do DoorDash or UberEats. They focus on the customers walking in more so than the out going deliveries. Waiting longer than 30minutes and an unwillingness to remake a customers order. Let’s not talk about the childish workers.
You’d think placing an online order, your order would be ready at the time or at least near the time said. We love to wait 30 on ontop of the already specified time .
Food was not made the correct way. Asked for well done on fries and wings and did not get that at all. Asked for garlic parm wings and got garlic sauce. Yes PLAIN GARLIC

Visited this evening, ordered my meal and waited patiently. This team was playing around too much and orders were backed up. Ended up waiting 30mins.
This place needs some shaping up staff just standing around while people in lobby waiting the slow pace and clearly not taking into consideration people are waiting . Dining area dirty with soiled napkins on floor menu on floor 2 employees walked right by it and didn't bother to pick it up .. not once did nobody say sorry for the wait we appreciate your patience .. nothing one male employees continues drinking and eating . Will be last time here . Personal or delivery

Ordered some well done wings and got some super chewy skin and no crispness at all. Fries were not seasoned and cold. Worse experience I had at wingstop.
Wingstop is one of the best fast food for wings and pizza I ever had seen it I don't doubt that Wingstop does more work than other people think they do delivering food always on time and probably even early because of the extra space in the kitchen what are the food is delivered from and why the name says almost everything Wingstop one of the best
I would rather deal with the vagrants hanging out at the front door asking for money and food than to deal with the employees at the register! At least the vagrants listen and comprehend. After repeating myself for the third time making my order I wondered if i was speaking too low or was it the music blaring from the kitchen drowning me out. My bad! If Wingstop was a ghetto, this one would be it!
Please, do NOT even bother going to this location. This location has kids running the place that don't have the bare minimum amount of customer service skills. Rude employees, and it's dirty inside.
