Got takeout for 20 boneless wings, and I was shocked by how small they are! They’re more like crunchy popcorn chicken than the wings I’m used to. The original boneless wings used to be double this size. It came with two ranch boxes, but with wings this small, I really only needed one. I've been a regular Wing Stop customer here, so this was really disappointing. Hoping they fix this, or I might have to rethink coming back.
So I called to order a 10 piece wing COMBO and the lady charged me for boneless combo over the phone ????and said they can remake my order I just have to bring my food back to the STORE . I was not tryna drive all the way back to this store I live downtown smh . I also got the double chocolate brownie and IT TASTES nasty asf
I got 40 boneless wings and 3 seasoned fries and they never gave me ranch when I asked for it. Wingstop is only good with the ranch, why on earth did they forget that.

The cashier took our order before 4 other people and we were the last to get our order. They gave our order to the wrong people and then we had to wait even longer for our food and they ended up getting our order wrong but at that point I didnt care anymore. The food was very oily like the little tray had a pool of it. The restrooms weren't stocked with toilet paper or paper towels.
I went to the Wingstop on story and King. I ordered 6 pieces combo and ask for my fries to be fresh and I got my order and fries were cold and they also need to drain the chicken more. I got a lot of oil with my chicken.
If I can give a 0 I would the staff there were rude and took there sweet time they are too busy talking, instead of doing there job. I waited 50 minutes and asked for my food 4 times, by the way all I ordered was a simple 8 piece really get your stuff together. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

If I could give this awful place a ZERO I WOULD. SAVE YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL RESTAURANT. the customer service is terrible. They don’t care about the customers at all, extremely morally corrupt. I spent $70 for an order I never got and they refuse to refund. Horrible horrible horrible. ZERO STARS.
