Very poor service! We arrived at 10pm on 10/19/24 and placed our order. We waited until 1055 to receive our order. Some in our small group never received their food. We asked and apparently they had not sent the order to the kitchen. There were several other customers with similar problems. Some said they waited over 1-1/2 hours for their wings. Corporate needs to make a visit and make some changes at this location. Receipt numbers 10107 and 10106.
Two Combos take over half an hour to be ready. Place only had 4 other people who already had their food when I ordered. When asked I was told "oh they're just finishing up on the fries." Then it took another 5 minutes. Kept track, 12 other customers had gotten their orders before me, no clue if they were app orders or not. At least 3 employees just stood around.
I went there for lunch today and I hadn't eaten at Wingstop in a long time, so I decided to eat there. That was a big mistake. I ordered the three piece tenders combo. The tenders were so small that chicken nuggets from popular fast food chains were bigger than them. They might as well call the meal a basket of fries combo because that's really all they give you for that combo. To add insult to injury, I waited for my order for 20 minutes, and I would've waited longer had I not called it to their attention--people who arrived after me were getting their orders before me. I should've gone to Chick-fil-A or Dave Hot Chicken instead.
First pick up, our boneless orders we no properly cooked, they tested weird and were chewy. We called to let the staff know and they were actually very nice about it, they offered to give us a new order and we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and accepted the offer. Second pick up was the same thing, the boneless orders were also uncooked. We ended up not eating a single boneless at all, I’m very very disappointed about what happened to us. We definitely not going back again to WingStop. I’m adding some pictures so you all can see what we I’m talking about. I’m so disappointed that I did not even called for a refund. It was really gross to see those boneless.
The wings are great WHEN you get them. Ordered out from this location several times since it’s opened and it’s always one thing or another. Either the order is wrong/ missing items and you are waiting ages to get the right stuff or you place a pickup order and it’s never ready when the app tells you it should be and you are waiting another 10 plus minutes in store. Paying these outrageous prices ( the new normal) for wings, you’d think they would work hard to make the product and experience worth the price.
Wings that take so long you could have just cooked some at home. Order fries cheesy so theyll at least be hot when you get them. Small restaurant, Id say they should be takeout only but there an hour wait.
Ordered online for a 40 family pack they gave my food to someone else with the same name not even asking them their last name or order confirmation and I had to wait 10 - 30 more minutes than when I ordered it , and also gave me the wrong orders, staff looks disorganized and needs more training
Have had multiple bad experiences here at this location it seems management does not care because I have spoken with them in the past. Did an online order and did not receive what I ordered as far the flavors of wings. Disappointed
