Stopped in while traveling the area!! Great food, customer service was in point as well. My wait was a little long but nothing to complain about about considering there were only 2 people working the kitchen during dinner hour. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.
Only order in store or if you plan to pick up your order. The Wingstop app is HORRIBLE for ordering delivery. I made two orders previously for parties and the wings never arrived and I was told to contact Wingstop corporate to reverse the charges since I ordered through the app. A year later and against my better judgement, I thought I’d give them another shot tonight and ordered delivery through the Wingstop app. An hour later and 15 minutes before the DoorDash text said my order would be delivered, I received notification that my order was cancelled and I was advised to contact the store. I called the number and the voice bot transferred me to the store and after 15 minutes without answer I gave up. Never again will I order via the app for delivery in Prosper.
We came late in the evening for dinner with our kids and the place was packed! The service was wonderful and they worked very hard to get all the orders out quickly. Our wings and fries were hot and fresh. We spoke to the young lady who took our order, Natalia- turned out she was the manager. She was so polite and such a hard worker!
Delivered food late and missing all of our drinks. Wings were stale and must have been sitting out awhile. Only half of them were edible. Tried to call all night to get a remedy and the place would never answer. If you order is wrong, short of going up there, there is no way to remedy it. I would drive and do carry. Drive further to the Custer location, much better service.
Placed an order here that had to be cancelled because a different location was more convenient for us. First time I called in to cancel I was told they did not have my order in their system yet as it was order ahead. No problem. I was told to call back on the pick up day instead. I called back then and was reassured that my order would be cancelled and I had nothing to worry about. I never received any further notification (phone, text or email) that my order was either cancelled or ready for pick up and was charged for the entire order on my card.
Overall a pretty good experience. We were greeted right away and someone took our order. The staff was friendly and they work hard, and they seemed very busy. We did dine in and it took a while to get the food but nothing too long, I suggest using the mobile app and ordering online for convenience.
I saw a lot of 1-star reviews for this Wingstop, but decided to order anyway because my dad was visiting and wanted Wingstop — this one is closest to our home.
I came to pick up our order and had to wait a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but guys, they were SLAMMED. The guy who I assume was the manager was pretty hard on the staff, but when their rush was over, he had a lot of positive things to say to them, encouraging words and praise. Being a part of the restaurant and hospitality world for many years, it was really nice to see that type of interaction.
My to-go order was huge and got everything that we ordered along with the extra sauces we requested. This goes a long way considering it sucks when establishments forget the sauce. Oh and the veggies are always so crisp and cold. I think that’s a restaurant standard and they’re doing that very well.
I gave atmosphere 4 because it’s a very small space and people were crammed waiting for food. Some people stood there waiting to order because they didn’t know where the line started. Not sure it’s fair I give it a 4 because it’s technically not their fault, but maybe they consider a bigger space?
I was very impressed with this wingstop...the food is always good at WS, but the staff's attentiveness stood out at this particular location. The young man at the front was delivering folks' orders to their tables and checking on everyone and doing a great job. Thank you!
