Wings were small overcooked and extremely dried out almost like the were leftovers from earlier in the week and just deep fried again ….fry’s was a little soggy. The guy serving us was very short and the girl in the picture was on her break watching videos on her phone and it was blaring trying to compete with the music.And the entire time we were there not a single table was wiped down…….we won’t be back
Awful place to go. I order crew pack with bone. They gave me boneless . I repeated myself 5 times and I got boneless chicken wings . They don’t give you what you order . The fries are soggy and nasty. Bad place to go . First time I that location and never going there again.
This location doesn't let you order food in person. Employee had a handwritten sign that says online orders only. They wouldn't let me order in person so I left.
Ordered online, food was ready on time as scheduled. Boneless wings were good and flavorful. The ranch is great, and the carrots just become a vehicle for the ranch... actually, the carrots are good too.
Have always enjoyed Wingstop, but this location has gone downhill quickly! We ordered a bunch of PLAIN wings so we could dip them in whatever sauce we each liked. We had to repeat the order because they kept trying to change our order to "mild" buffalo wings with fries. In the end, we thought the order was right, but when we got it (after a LONG wait), the fries were overcooked (starting to burn) and had hardly any seasoning and the wings were ALL buffalo flavored wings, which we all hate. Instead of wasting more time trying to explain the order when the employees didn't speak hardly any English and clearly couldn't understand what we were ordering, we left with "food" in hand. Very disappointed!
Leo served me and was super sweet and helpful with my order! I wasn’t sure which flavors to try and he gave me a sample and was super accommodating! The tenders were crispy and juicy. Definitely recommend!!
Called in like normal to place an order, immediately sent to voice-mail after listening to their phone ordering system for 2 minutes a call, called 5 times using the English line in a 20 minute period, never got a response. Decided to call using the Spanish line just to see and they answered immediately, so I asked the guy who answered if I could order in English or be transferred to the English line, he just laughs and says yeah sure and immediately hangs up on me. Try calling it again and this time a different person answers, so I say the same thing, can I order in English since the call wasn't going through on that line, he says sure no problem and actually transfers me over. This time a woman answers the phone and asks for my name and number, then asks what I want to order, I say a combo, then she immediately responds with, yeah sorry we're actually closed. So I asked what time they closed since it's nowhere near the normal time, and she says I'll check, proceeds to immediately hang up on me. I drive down to order and surprise there wide open like normal, I go in and ask why I couldn't order on the phone, and they just say, I don't know what your talking about, meanwhile the guys cooking in the back just start laughing at me. Cool service.
Food is ok (no one should expect amazing wings from a fast food restaurant) and wings are dry even after bathing in hot oil but that's a problem with all frozen chicken. We still came here because we didn't have time to cook and it was not our first time here and not our first time observing problems with this location. First of all, I was in front of the register for 10 minutes until someone asked if I needed help then it took half an hour to receive my order, not because they were slacking inside (everybody seemed to work pretty hard inside) but they seemed understaffed. This is an unfortunate sign of a greedy owner and it wouldn't be hard to guess that they have high turnover rate as people do not tend to keep working at understaffed businesses. I'm pretty sure I could go to the store buy some wings with the fraction of what I paid and cook them faster at home in air fryer. I'd have my wings healthier, cheaper and faster. If I was the owner of this place I'd seriously start thinking areas of improvement because as a customer I do not see any advantage of getting wings from this location.
