we stopped here for a quick bite and were disappointed in the wings we were served. The lemon pepper strips were extremely salty, the garlic parmesan wings were not appetizing at all, and the korean bbq wings were drenched but edible after wiping them off a little. ????♀️
I had went to pick up my order and the previous time I ordered they forgot to give me a side of flavor and I couldn’t come back to get it. They said they added a side flavor and 5 wings of credit to my account and I needed to give my phone number the next time I order. So I did when I went to pick up my next order and all I asked for was a side of flavor and the lady said the credit wasn’t on there. If you’re going to add credit please make sure to do it because I lost a dollar something and didn’t even receive it as credit or refund. Ridiculous
I don't like that they charge $1.49 plus tax for a tablespoon of lemon pepper, i ordered the lemon pepper wings and they only put a tiny pinch of lemon pepper on each wing so I had to purchase some????
This was the worst wingstop experience I have ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. I work in customer service so I completely understand bad days, but the attitudes were disgusting. Initially I asked if I could do mild lemon pepper, even if I just did mild & paid for the extra lemon pepper seasoning. She said no we don’t mix flavors at all. Then after paying out anyway, I thought about the fact that they have lemon pepper & Cajun fries. I then spoke to the other associate and asked if they sold a side of lemon pepper seasoning and he said yes. I then paid $1.69 for that side of lemon pepper just to receive a tiny cup of seasoning that didn’t even look like an entire ounce. Michelle & Natalia were who I was initially dealing with and Frank was the one apologizing for issues. However, when I was questioning the size about this, nothing was resolved and I ended up receiving a refund for the seasoning. But I was challenged to call corporate even though it was a franchised store, so I did.
Why did we order 3 orders of the 16.99, 20 wings and fries right. We ordered the hot honey dry rub(10) and atomic (10) and bbq(10) and mild. (10) and Hawaiian (10) and Korean bbq(10). Customers are always right. When ur kids picked up order they came back with 10 wings with no flavor and 10 wings that were garlic. I told them the order was wrong the manager said to bring back for evidence. The manager or person in charge told me that if we got all the wings it was correct, no ma'am. If my suace or seasoning or flavors are wrong the whole order. We ate 10 bbq wings because my 3 teens were hungry. I went up there with no shoes or bra. So I went back up there and took my back. Manager keep saying that the 10 plain was the only problem because we ordered Garlic ones. Hell no. Check the order. So I told her that I want a new fresh order. Why were the cooks especially a girl with black hair and blue or green tips, was all uo in another girl hair and the second time with one glove and the other one no glove digging for lice or who knows. Check the Camera General Manager's. That's so disgusting ????. I need some compensation. Never going to that one. Bad service and no detail. Hire a expo or put your shift leaders to check all orders before leaving establishment.
Placed my order through the Wingstop app. Fries were burnt and had absolutely NO seasoning ???? Boneless lemmon pepper wings had no lemon pepper seasoning. Extremely disappointed and underwhelmed with my experience. Will not be returning to this location.
Ok so online ordering was swift. However the door is locked. We have to knock on the door to let us in the store @ 1:05pm and if your new to this location like I was you have to press a green button in order to leave thanks to the customers bc the workers were no help. I'm saying all this to say that if your workers feel unsafe that they have to look the door which is a FIRE HAZARD!!! WINGSTOP SHOULD DEFINITELY BE PROTECTING THEIR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS. PLEASE GET SECURITY
6/23/20- this place needs new management, I found a hair in my wings and I had excessively to much grease. Today I went in to complain and the manager(Stephanie) wouldn’t give me her last name so I could file a complaint she was very unprofessional and had attitude when I was the one who should’ve had the attitude. This place is disgusting.!!
