I always order from wingstop, never had an issue until today. I ordered the same flavor i always do which was hot honey, but instead was given this. I called to see if I could just get a partial refund because this was the only thing wrong in my order, but the woman on the phone insisted that it was made correctly because she was the one who made it. I tried explaining to her that I ordered multiple times from this location and it didn't look like the normal hot honey rub, but again she insisted it was right. She told me I could bring it back in and they could do something abt it, but i live 20-25 min away and had my dad pick it up, so that just wasn't logical. But yeah definitely a little disappointed today.
I order today dinner for my son his favorite wings, doordash service excellent! But today my fries was terrible, not sure where did you got from but look like left over????, very disappointed!
I ordered boneless wings and fries on Uber Eats and my food was cold and fries were over fried to the point they tasted like burnt grease, when I opened my wing box there was one wing chewed up and spit back into my box. When I called the store and spoke with the manager he proceeded to tell me twice “Well what do you want me to do about that?” And asked me if “I wanted to reorder my food?” When I declined due to the poor hygiene and overall lack of empathy, he proceeded to tell me his staff was “food safe certified” and well based on my experience they need it taken from them if they can’t simply fry some boneless chicken wings and fries and provide it to the customer. I will never eat here again, I called corporate so it will be delt with in a professional manner. but never in my life as a prior fast food worker and a customer have I experienced such disgusting food service !????

the food was good tasting but the chicken was questionable. i ordered bone in and didnt pay the extra for all flats so i was expecting a mix of flats and drumsticks but they literally gave me all ten drums, which makes no sense bc i picked “MIXED” and some of the drums just grossed me out see pics
My kids are a big fan. this Rt. 40 location specifically is super busy, yet, always had friendly service. It is hard to resist taking some of the voodoo fries from my kids’ order, it is soooo good.
The Wingstop App is great, that’s my go to.
Super friendly staff that ensured my online order was correct. Even offered to swap out fries if they weren't warm. But everything was fresh and delicious. Great Wingstop location!
