Ordered 20 classic wings well done and other items. When I got home and opened the containers I had all boneless wings. When called the store to report the problem there was only a pre-recorded random person saying how can I help you. When I asked for a representative or Associate the line was silent.
Ate here with a group of 7 of us. Advised it would be a 30 minute wait for all the wings we were going to order & it actually came out under 20 minutes. Everything was fresh. Great flavor on everything, big wings, no issues.
Walked in and was informed they had a 1 hour and a half wait. I said I will place the order and come back. The person waiting on me said “are you sure”? I felt they did not want my business and were happy I left.
A group i was with all got wings. (Thursday) i got a single chicken sandwich and within 1 hour had food poisonig symptons of nausea chills shakes. Check your temps and exp dates. Took 24 hours to recover. Food safety is a real deal. Others were ok.
I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences with Wingstop, but this time it was just too much and it was unacceptable. I went in and ordered 8 boneless wings and ranch. No more no less. I used to be a manager at the Fenton wingstop and I know it takes about 6 1/2 minutes to cook a batch of boneless wings. With that being said I ordered my food and waited 45 minutes, just go to go and ask where my food was and they said “it will be another 25ish minutes.” Which is unacceptable. I don’t know who they have working back there, but there’s no excuse for 8 boneless wings taking this long, even if it were in the middle of a rush from my experience as a manager there I know it doesn’t take that long to get to my ticket. Not to mention I looked over the counter to check how many ticket there were just to see them only MODERATELY busy at max. I had to ask for a refund for my order, I will never be dining there again. Terrible customer service, terrible wait time, didn’t get any food and I’m going back home hungry.
Heads up--they WILL serve you the smallest most puny wings you've ever seen. I eat wings a couple times a month and have for years. Still, each time I open my wingstop box I'm astonished by how small a chicken's wing can really be. The problem is certainly with quality control (seeing as they will also forget your side of veggies 100% of the time) but the problem is also me, for expecting decent food from a location that has never once delivered anything close.
Picked up our wings and it was in a bathtub of grease. I understand the wings require grease for cooking but they shouldn't be floating/swimming in a tub of grease. We ended up just throwing the food away..
I really don't like rating anyone at "1 star " yet even a 1 star is being kind. The management & ownership here Rely upon the fact that online ordering shields the customer from the terrible customer service they're about to experience; until it's too late. I used to love this place! The food was great, The service and atmosphere were awesome.
Today, was the 3rd time I've just left too angry to speak. It's not worth ruining my evening hoping this place has improved. I'm done. Tonight I waited 10 minutes before anyone at the counter talked to me. But when I told them I wasn't on-line ordering, I was told it would be at least 45 minutes for an order of wings.
There were 3 other people in the restaurant, and 5 workers in the kitchen.
This place is terrible!
