Whoever was the cook Friday July 19th needs to retrain and learn how to read an order. Little popcorn chicken like sizes, stingy on the sauce I can’t even tell which wing flavor is which because it’s all DRY no flavor the only one was the BBQ…I ordered 4 different flavors if yall didn’t have the sauces you should have let me know and provided me different options. I want my money back ASAP this is not what I ordered.
stopped by bc i was craving wings, for starters WELL KEPT & SUPER CLEAN - unlike most wingstops, from the atmosphere when you walk in you get greeted, Linsie was beyond sweet & accommodated all my needs as far as my order, sheridan helped my husband pick his spicy flavor of wing(was indecisive) & she went far & beyond with helping us with our order - they both did!

The cashier was phenomenal! I had to sit and wait a bit on my food, and I observed him going above and beyond with every customer he interacted with. Offering suggestions, anticipating needs, going out of his way to offer drink carriers, etc. One of the customers told him “you made my crummy night better“. I felt happier walking out of the establishment than I did walking in. Give that kid a raise! He has blonde hair and earrings. Best customer service I have seen in a hot minute!
I called to place an order over the phone as I had trouble with the online order. Lindsey took my call and gave me great service over the phone. She was extremely polite, recounted my order exactly as given, and ensured that I was OK with when the fries would be dropped to be fresh. She represented very well.
We have gotten boneless wings here many times. It seems the product quality has gone downhill. I ordered garlic parmesan wings. They were 80% thick breading and 20% chicken if that. They used to be much better.
Just wanted to compliment the young team working tonight. The girl at the front was so sweet to everyone she helped. The crew in the back worked with a super positive energy and hustled to make each order efficiently. The shift lead/manager was a really courteous young man who lead his team well. The restaurant was very clean and our wings were great. Keep up the good work!!
Ordered take out how 6 of us… order had 2 large fries only to get home and fine one missing. Called to just get refunded for one…. Called and they won’t refund fries. Said they will give me a coupon for “free” fries next time. The thing is they are not “free” I paid for them so just a ploy to get us to come back.
I will NEVER patronize this location again the picture speaks for itself not to mention when I asked for more fries the girl looked at me like oh well I said my fries cold she turned to an older gentleman using that word loosely and his attitude was nasty regarding my fries being cold. When she remade my order she once again gave me a baby size fry. I will only go to Wesley Chapel from now on
