Don't waste your time at this location. I came here the other day and ordered regular cheese fries. The guy taking my order was nice and said, "we will have that out shortly." I understand it was busy, but I waited over 30 minutes just for one item. I then asked the status of my order and found out it was barely being made once I asked.. It looks like this location needs a lot of help and better ownership because they are doing the bare minimum here to make their customers satisfied.. I did not get my money's worth for how much I paid. This is really sad.
1 star just so I can write this review my order said it be ready in 21 minutes I arrived 30 minutes waiting at the store the girl saids classics are still cooking the manger that came to refund me claims bc I asked for well done which is a lie I always ask for well and never had to wait an extra 30 minutes the quality and service at this store is exactly why they have the reviews they do it's all true the managers don't care service is terrible I rather spend an hour and cook at home customer service doesn't exist here
Service was fine. We ordered online and it was ready within a couple minutes of what was promised. The food quality, however, was a little gross, especially for the price. Their fry oil seemed to be bad which meant the mild wings weren’t even palatable and the classic wings were hit or miss. Much easier to go to Pizza Hut/WingStreet on Kendall or spend a little more for the Fire Wings around the corner.
Always takes FOREVER!!!! I did online order and it said food would be ready around 16-24 min. I was running a little late to pick it up so I got there when it was already 30 min from my order and food still wasn’t ready. I had to wait an extra 20 min. This is the second time this happens. Some of the workers were rude as well.
Place gave me the runs. First time trying it and when I called to talk to a manager to explain their food made me sick. They said I had to return the food and hung up. Try at your own risk. Not worth your money.
Order online just to show up and wait another 15+ min. while they just look at me standing there without even asking anythinG what my order was . customer service non-existent, poor customer service. not recommended , wings taste like they are cooked with stale oil. stay away!!
I asked for two large seasoned fries and 15 wings. Now, I like Wingstop wings but I love their seasoned fries. When I choose to eat Wingstop it’s mainly for the seasoned fries.
That’s why I was so upset when I found out they didn’t put any in my order.
Even more upset when I politely asked for seasoning and the cashier with the guy with pink hair tried to charge me for seasoning. Here is how it went:
Me in a polite manner: “Hi again, can I get two containers with seasoning ”
Him: “ I would have to charge for it”
Me still in a polite manner: “ohh! Well I order seasoned fries and they had no seasoning. That why I’m asking for some.”
Him in an annoyed and rude tone : “All our fries are seasoned “
Me matching energy: “well mine weren’t ”
Him: “yes all our fries are seasoned unless you asked for them plain”
Me: **shows receipt that says TWO SEASONED FRIES *
Him: **goes to the back all upset and complaining to get a small container with seasoning *almost empty ** and hands it to me
Me: “ can I get another. I have two large fries with no seasoning”
Him: “I would like to charge your for that one “
Me in a sarcastic tone: “what am I supposed to do with this? Do you want me to bring you the fries ?”
Him: “if you want to”
I just walked away since it was 11:20pm and I was too tired. Also had people in the car waiting for me.
Anyway, can someone see the seasoning??? Like if you are charging me extra for seasoning can I get some on it at least?
He was acting like it was the krabby patty formula and had to protect it at all cost. Smh.
Needless to say my group and I drove home with no music on. That’s how dead the vibe was without seasoned fries…
Not coming back to this location no more smh
I’ve been in this place plenty of times but the last 2 times I ordered online for delivery and they messed up both orders both times. Both my orders are missing items I PAID for. I spoke with the manager and they gave me the run around on how they couldn’t find my order and I told them I have my receipt and my charges from my card and finally they gave me a choice of picking up the missing items or get a refund. I ordered delivery and that’s why I chose a refund because I didn’t want to have to pick it up. Manager told me I will be provided a refund and will see it back in my account in 10 days. Let’s just say they need to do something better with situations like these. My kids were mad they didn’t get their tenders????
