I ordered a side of Cajun flavor and I got just the powder with the smallest amount of liquid. What is this?? This is the second time this has happened to me.
Super salty food and got no Parmesan on my garlic Parmesan. Lemon pepper fries were over seasoned to the point they were unenjoyable.
Overcooked and rock hard and dry.
Night shift did a terrible job.
I would say that this WingStop location in particular is always solid, but tonight slightly changed my mind. I ordered online and came after the suggested 20 minutes and still had to wait an extra 20 at the restaurant. This normally isn’t a problem for me since I 100% understand what it’s like working during rush hours. When I finally got my order, I realized that I was missing a wing. Unfortunately, I was already home by the time I noticed. I was a bit disappointed that I had waited such a long time for my food just for the order to come out wrong, but I understand that it was rush hour for y’all. I will say that my fries were absolutely perfect and my wings were perfectly seasoned/sauced.
Please never come in between 6:pm and 8:30pm if you want your food to come out fast! I normally come around 5pm or after 9:30pm.
First time at this location and it’s an absolute waste of money. Got this meal for my family and myself, and half of our orders have tenders that are practically burnt to a crisp, rock hard, taste like super old and stale grease, and they’re honestly impossible to bite into or eat at all. They piled all 4 flavors (20 pieces of half boneless and half tenders) into one container, which spilled out in the bag while I was trying to get home and then when removing it from the bag. I also wasted 5 minutes trying to call the store to cancel my order as soon as it was placed—as the order confirmation email states—because the website auto-located to this location instead of the one by my house, and nobody answered the two times I called, and yet I arrived for pickup and nobody was in there and the workers were just standing around. So if someone would’ve just let me cancel this order, I could’ve saved myself the money and got something actually edible. This entire experience is pathetically horrible, I would’ve rather ate my own shoe.
One of the worst experiences I've had. Ordered lemon pepper and it was wetter than a dog in a mud canal. Chicken sandwich was missing. The food was cold when delivered. Door dash really dropped the ball as well. I've been at this location before as well and it has not gotten any better than that visit.
Unbelievable. I go to UT Austin and back at my hometown we have multiple amazing Wing Stops. This is the only one near the campus and it makes me sad how terrible the food was. I literally had to throw it away after two bites of the chicken. It was very burnt and just disgusting. The workers looked at me like I had just asking them to kill their dog after I asked what other flavor fries they offered. Terrible management. This place needs a different owner. Just another franchise that is letting anybody with money buy it. Worst 15 dollars I have ever spent in my life.
They took my money after I called from 11:15 am until 4: 00 pm trying to cancel my order. This was the wrong Wingstop. I live in San Antonio and thought the address was Austin Highway and not Austin the city. I can't even get my $20 back since no one will answer the phone. I sent a message to their corporate office and hope someone will do something about this place never answering their phone. Poor customer service. I truly hope I can contact someone.
Despite the restaurant being moderately busy, I was extremely disappointed with the long wait time for just one meal. I ended up waiting over 40 minutes for my order to arrive.
The wait was extremely frustrating, and it seemed like the staff were overwhelmed (when they literally cook a single thing at the place), leading to a long delay in getting my meal. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, it was not worth the wait. It was cold, and the quality was subpar.
The chicken pieces were of the smallest portions I've ever eaten, the fries were burnt and overly salty, and the ranch dressing was entirely missing from my order. Did not feel like eating the food even when I was starving.
Given the wait time and the poor quality of food, I would not recommend this place, and would never revisit. While the ambience was decent and the staff were polite, the long wait for the meal and the unsatisfactory food made for a disappointing dining experience. I would suggest that the restaurant management take steps to address the staffing and kitchen issues to ensure that future customers have a more enjoyable experience.
