Whoever was working last night just needs to quit cause at this point, y’all not even trying .
Nobody cares if you’re not willing or able to do a job you applied for, but I do care about spending money and NOT receiving quality food.
I had a delivery order, so wasn’t even able to return it since I ordered it around 11pm.
Do better - put in more effort- watch a training video on how to make chicken OR SOMETHING cause this is ridiculous . Fries were greasy- soggy and sticking together- chicken was over cooked and not even sauced correctly. Pure laziness
Terrible service. Ordered online and they didn’t start making my food until I got there. So it took my food 45 minutes to be made. Everyone was standing around so a “rush” wasn’t the reason. Gave me all drumsticks. Stage staff was rude. On Colfax though so I’m not sure why I expected anything more.
In my own words I had a wonderful experience don’t believe at all what this clowns (aka customers) say because the store was cleaned friendly staff and quick and fresh food, I honestly thought because of the reviews it would be bad but in reality y’all need a life because the food was good idk what y’all talking about
It was a okay chicken sandwich. Tried the Buffalo sauce on it. It was to plain, maybe i should of asked for extra sauce? It was to dry. I think I'll stick with their wings hands down! Customer service was great!!
You pay nearly $5 dollars for fries and they barely give you anything at all. It’s crazy
terrible experience top to bottom. customer service is nonexistent and they’re incredibly incompetent (for example: consistently unable to correctly fulfill all items in order, don’t know how to offer solutions when they fail to do the bare minimum)
The soda machine had no syrups at all. I pay for a drink and then there aren’t any drinks lol. If theyre weren’t like 8 people in the kitchen id chalk it up to lack of support, but this seems to be lack of management. They also play trap music in the lobby, i like it but idk if everyone would.
Do not go here. Very dirty, food never made on time, rude employees, and they do not even back their own coupons. I’ve been to this location 3 separate times and not once was it even close to worth it. I’d suggest going really anywhere else.
