I placed my order over the phone with an automated person named Becky! It was better than other automated services because I interrupted her as she was quoting a sauce that I didn't order and told her that I didn't want that sauce. She stopped talking and said that she removed the sauce from my order. I prefer my wing sauce on the side but when ordering over the phone it will charge you as if you're ordering an extra side of sauce. It said my order would be ready in 25 minutes. This was a Friday night so I wasn't expecting my order to be ready when I got there because Wingstop is usually super busy on Fridays. There were several customers inside waiting for their orders when I arrived. When I got to the counter I explained to the cashier that the automated phone service didn't give me the option and told her that I wanted mild sauce on the side. She than added a sauce to my order when ringing me up. So I explained to her that I ordered my wings plain and that I wanted the sauce on the side. So she took the sauce off of my bill. My order was ready when I got there, I just had to wait for her to get my sauce. I only ordered wings, all flats of course. I wasn't super hungry. Plus I stopped ordering fries because previously when I ordered them at this particular Wingstop they didn't make the fries fresh to order. They'd cooked up several orders of fries and had them sitting on top of a counter and were putting them with the wing orders as the chicken got done. Therefore the fries would not be hot and fresh. So on this visit I didn't order fries. My wings were good. They could have been cooked about a minute longer but they still taste great.
It’s so nice being, what seemed like, racially profiled while trying to get your food. Asked multiple times for my food. I was told it was being boxed multiple times. Food was handed out to 5 customers before me from the back. Another 4 walk in customers were helped from the front. Finally the young man at the counter grabbed the 4 bags in the back and brought them to the front and I asked again for my order. My actual pickup time for food was 20 minutes after the app told me so. I don’t understand, if there is an issue - say something.
Eat at your own risk. Don't even want to waste my breath with a , long, drawn out description, the pictures say it all. These are supposed to be half garlic parmesan, half mango habanero. Evidently with a side of feathers.????????
Saturday night Chaos at Eastchase location! A store full of angry customers, many 45 minutes after orders were to be ready. A whole line of people wanting refunds. No leadership or management seemed present at all. No trash cans available and the place was dirty! Tables, floors and the drink counter all had trash. The employees were seemingly nice young people, left alone without a leader/manager. If this is the front view, imagine how bad it is in the cooking area! The wings I enventually got were good, but I still will not go back. The frustration was too much!!
Placed an order at 7:49, with a 71 minute wait relayed to me before submitting. Yet here we are waiting for our order 2.5 hours later !!!! This location should be closed as this is a common theme in reviews. Turned off wingstop for life , just save yourself the trouble and eat at Pluckers ! It’s 11 and we still haven’t ate ! My husband had to drive there for the refund bc they kept lying ! Edit to add it’s 11 pm and they are still trying to process the refund so we still haven’t ate !!!
Food is ok, however, last visit fries and chicken was lukewarm when I picked it up. Just decided to take a break with this location cause sometimes food is hot and good. Last time not so much. Thank goodness for microwaves.
Lazy workers, not willing to correct an issue with orders. With no one in the restaurant and 3 workers standing around, told us it'd be an hour for a 10-piece!? And another occasion, Door dash order placed, and the workers told my Dasher, 'someone stole the order.' And that was it, no attempts to help correct the issue
