First time eating here, cashier Giovanni was amazing,helped me throughout the whole process and made sure my questions were answered. Food was delicious and came out super quick. Would absolutely come back and recommend to others
Honest reviewer you can trust me. the environment is a little three-star ish, but the food is five star. No I did not get greeted like everyone else said but people are working hard and it's the end of the day. The cooks seem like they are having a good time together, that's probably why my food was delicious. I will be back thanks
I honestly can’t understand why this location has a rating of 3.2, especially since the restaurant is always packed with customers. The wings are fantastic—really good! Their sauces are flavorful, and while the fries are a bit on the salty side, I’m sure I could have asked for them without salt and added my own.
The employees here work tirelessly; it’s nonstop for them, and I've never had a negative experience despite being a frequent visitor. They truly deserve 5 stars for their hard work and the quality of food they serve!
Classic wings were a little on the dry side, but good flavour. Seasoned fries were very good.
When I tell you i came into this place twice already at two different time of the day and the atmosphere and attentiveness of the employees were on point. Vanessa is very loving and energetic and makes the place so bubbly. Thank you for the incredible service not just to her but for the whole team.
Wow. First of, I’d really like to thank the staff for being so welcoming. I was having a hard day and decided to just grab something to eat, (this being the first time I’ve eaten at wing stop) and I was greeted by all the staff. Second, I must have came in during a slower time, but I introduced myself to the staff (had to let them know how good there customer service was) and we all exchanged names. If I remembered correctly, their names were Veyoncé, Nati, and Iroin. Hoping their manger see this as I’ve worked/managed restaurant and customer service setting and your team is on point !
Ordered a combo and the food was nice and hot very good fries were on point and the people there were very kind and serviceable especially a gentleman by the name of Mr clint he was very polite and very professional i recommend this place to anybody and everybody i will eat here again
This was our first time eating here. It was the absolute worst. The food was so bland I ordered mild wings and hot. Lemon pepper, my four-year-old, ate the hot. Lemon pepper like it was nothing. There was no hotness to them, and it tasted like somebody squeezed a complete lime. On them Also, the kitchen was absolutely nasty and the workers. Not one of them had gloves on and I sat and watched the guy cooking the wings and handling them digging all in his hair very disgusting. We'll never eat there again. Oh, and fyi, I spent $65 worst 65 dollars i've ever spent
