I highly recommend that if you want wings do not order here I repeat do not order here. I order 10 parmesan wings and fries only to be served some wings with looks like cheese shake over it. The wing's was very salty and greasy I couldn’t even finish one wing after one bite. Fries was very greasy and soggy they were falling apart. Looks very old looking like they being cooked in old grease. I paid $22 dollars for this kind of food and can’t even eat it please spend your money elsewhere
We came in to eat today. Was my craving. We finally received our order 30 minutes later. (There was only 2 ppl ahead of us that had already ordered) The drink station was almost out of all drinks. No choices really. No salt. We asked about salt n cashier finally got back to us that they was out. No cheese I heard the cashier tell someone over the phone. Another person came after us asking the cashier about the Diet Coke is still out. N then others came in an I heard them talk amongst themselves saying how disappointed they was about the lack of drink choices. Whomever is most definitely not staying on top of this cuz too many people complained about it. When we finally received our food they had my food and The Husband’s food in same container (one order on top of the other) I ordered mild cuz I take take all the seasoning spices (hot) and Husband had ordered the Louisiana Rub. Mine was on bottom in all the hot juices from his hot spicy tenders. He went back up to the front n asked for a container. I took most of my food home cuz I had to wipe off all the hot spicy juices from my order. The only good thing I can honestly says is that from the window in the kitchen area everyone was steadily busy working. Also the men’s bathroom was out of order. We don’t eat here often but think it will be awhile before we come back. The pictures I’m posting of the drink station shows all the grey out of “unavailable” drinks. And no where was my absolute fav which was strawberry lemonade. Was another person’s fav cuz I over heard another say they out of the strawberry lemony which is really good.
This place is absolutely trash. Our wings are always soaked in grease, dry rubs are non existent on the chicken, fries have no seasoning and this time we have bites taken out of multiple of our wings!!!! So disgusting. the workers should have more integrity than that. 10/10 won’t be back. Super sad
Went to this place tonight craving wings. I order all flats and 4 parmesian and 4 honey rub. After 50 minutes I received my order and it was not what I ordered. Not the flavors or flats. Then waited 30 more minutes to get order fixed then I still don't have my dam flats. At this point I'm starving and got work in the morning. Never ever giving my business here even tho I paid for flats I didn't get any flats I just wanted to lave and go home I had been there over a dam hour ???? ???? fries were super cold.
The staff was nice and kind, I ordered online! It was the night of the Tyson fight so the staff was pretty wore out but they still did a great job! ☺️
This has got to be the worst wingstop in Shreveport, this place is dirty inside, too many employees not doing anything being unprofessional. One employee was trying to fix the drink machine with a long metal bar to unjam the ice, I can only wonder where they keep that metal bar.
Ordered the second hottest ???? wings from their menu. Mango Habenero was what I ordered,disappointed with the little to no flavor or spice. Fries were on point with their style of seasoning. Definitely, the only reason why people order big orders of fries only.
If you order online, they drop it as soon as you pay. We order about an hour ahead. I showed up 5 minutes before the requested pick up time and it was ready to go and cold. They do not know how to time food orders. Well done fries are soggy. Lemon pepper wings are greasy as hell. This location has been open for a very long time and used to be very good.
