Always been the best place to get wings chill people every visit so far and they handle a lot of customers every day. Favorite flavor is always lemon pepper chicken, but mild is a close second. Overall great spot. Definitely best in town not sure about the other stores but definitely this one is dope.
I placed an order online like I do almost once a week and this week I wanted to make a request that I wasn’t able to add on the notes on the app so I tried to call. All I wanted was pickles on the side of my sandwich should be easy, right? I called and I spent the 22 minutes that it took me to drive to the location on hold. I was not answered until I was in the store and it was already too late and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I don’t understand what the point of having a phone if they don’t answer it.
Not a fan of the fries.. soft and wilty.. but their Ramch is very good and I would eat a tree branch if you gave me some of it! Seemed to take a really long time to get my food after ordering. 10 min? For an order of tenders with fries. 2pm on a Saturday, the place was basically empty but maybe they were working on Door Dash type orders. Kind of annoyed by their receipt system asking for a tip for fast food takeout. Tips are based on service. If I didn't walk in to buy the food they are paid to prepare, what are they getting paid to do? And I shouldn't have to make a decision on giving a Tip prior to receiving service. Ringing up an order isn't providing service. It's the basic function of your job.
Order online, says food will be ready in 20-30 min. Show up in 30 min and have to stand around on the sticky, unmopped floor for ANOTHER 30 minutes waiting on an order of 10pc wings. I felt like a fly stuck to 1 of those sticky things u hang from a cieling.
Absolutely ridiculous. I won't be back here again. Slowest place in anchorage. Worse than south side Wendy's.
The women in front today 06/17 was very polite. I would have rated this place a 5/5 for that.
However….
People working in the kitchen was unprofessional (there is no wall so anyone can hear your conversation).
The food was very disappointing. Staff do not care about food quality. Fries are soggy. Fountain drinks was more water then syrup. Not much flavor in the Garlic Parm. Wings are small… like Costco/Sysco Frozen Chicken Wings.
Understandable that you want the dasher to confirm an order, but we need to receive the full order first before doing so. DONT TOUCH ANOTHER PERSONS PHONE TO CONFIRM IT! IT IS NOT YOUR PROPERTY!
I didn't expect the cheese fries to be covered in cheese whiz, but they were really good. The wings were awesome as well! I had the classic hot Buffalo wings and the Cajun rub wings and both were fantastic. The services I received at the restaurant was exceptional. Fast and friendly staff. I ordered my wings to go and as on my way in less than 15 minutes. I took off a star because of the price. I feel the wings at this restaurant are a little on the expensive side for how many you get. That being said, I would still highly recommend Wingstop.
Yall. Out of all the locations in anchorage there is a reason this one has the most stars! They wanted to WERKKK. The wings were fire as hell, fries perfectly sauced. Ranch is fire. God bless these people. They killed it.
