I want to say thank you to Samantha for helping me when she didn’t have to, and it wasn’t her job and she still did. You are a great person and a great employee and thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for what you did for me today, the store is lucky to have someone like you working for them and representing them.
One of the worst Wingstop in Dallas. I wish I could give zero stars to this Mockingbird location because both the employees and the food are terrible. I ordered a few times from this location and they always mess up my order. I end up with missing fries, or plain wings with no lemon pepper, dry with very little sauce, or old dark fries. And the employees are all very unprofessional and rude, they'll hang up the phone if you call to complaint and always say a manager is not available. I submitted multiple complaints regarding my orders and not once has a manager called me back. Just the worst place to order from and it really shouldn't be called a Wingstop it gives the franchise a bad reputation.
Tara and the rest of her staff are amazing! Her energy is contagious and she is so helpful along with the rest of her colleagues. Food and energy are always 10/10!
Love them they are soooo fast Uber eats take forever to pick my order and they always make sure my fries are nice and hot
Order was all wrong. Ordered honey bbq.. but they didn't add ANY sauce to the wings & they didn't put ranch in the bag.... just No ranch at all.. only thing edible was the lemon pepper wings. I was shocked .. this wing stop Didn't care. Paid a lot of money for the food...
ordered pickup 15 boneless wings late evening on a Saturday. And my family agreed this is the best wingstop order that we have had in a very long time! Clean, friendly, fast, and delicious!
Do not go to this WingStop ! Very disrespectful staff! Walked in with my family to make a to go order and they were really rude trying to rush me telling me they didn’t have certain things just because they were about to close they started kicking us out. The employee taking our order was antsy and moving very quickly as if he was on drugs getting aggravated and cussing. My wife asked to speak to a manager and they said they didn’t have one we asked for a phone number. They said they don’t give that information.
They poured everything into the container and it spilled everywhere! It was so greasy my coworkers couldn't eat most of them. Heavily disappointed
