Called in order and it was ready for the time that was assigned to me. Order was precisely cooked to perfection. I would recommend this location.
Ordered 20 traditional and 20 boneless wings with fries to-go. Drove maybe 7 minutes home and opened the containers to find cold, old fries with no flavor. The wings were literally in containers filled with the grease they were fried in. Like, the restaurant obviously did not strain them. Nothing had flavor other than grease. I've never ordered wings anywhere and received them floating in the grease they were fried in. They were literally soggy with grease. I know im being redundant, but it blew my mind that someone prepared, served, and packaged my order like that and thougt it was acceptable. It was my first and last experience with Wingstop. Sorry, Rick Ross. Flavor does not get its wings at this location. I'll stick with B-Dubs.
I have ordered from this location 2 times in the past 3 weeks and have had zero issues with anything. Ordered on the App both times and food was ready for the time i chose and my order was accurate to the T. Wings were sauced well and cheese fry's were great...ranch is amazing! Will return ????
Workers move like turtles and were in no hurry to get orders that were backed up to begun with!!! They took over an hour for a $30 order.
Food is terrible, fries were soggy with no seasoning and tenders were sitting in an inch of grease. Not the first time i’ve had food like this, place is hit or miss but 95% of the time it’s a hard miss and I still continue to go back and give them another shot. You would think a good management team would look at the reviews and try their best to improve their staff and their work ethic. Same faces every-time I go in and no one seems to care. If I could give them negative stars I would. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to get stars, they have a long way to go. Id rather get wings from Mcdonald’s!
I wish I could give zero stars. I placed my order for pick up. The order was supposed to be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. I've had issues with pick up before, so I went to the grocery store first. I made it to Wing Stop at 7:00 pm. The restaurant wasn't packed, and they were fully staffed. Yet, my order and a few others hadn't been started. I witnessed the crew goof around and procrastinate. This establishment is unprofessional. I received my order 1 hour after placing it. When I made it home, I noticed my passenger seat was soaked. The grease from the chicken had soaked through the bag and onto my seat. Every experience I've had with this Wingstop has been atrocious. I would suggest staying away from this one. I posted pictures to validate my review!
Should have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered through the app which said the order would be completed in 25-33 min. Arrived 45 min after order and order was not ready. No response from staff along the lines of customer service outside of “it’s not ready.” More than a dozen people waiting for orders and more in line to order. Usually I find at Wingstops that are overwhelmed the food prep suffers.
Order took over an hour to complete. Do better.
Terrible service. Not sure I've seen a full staff get so confused over such simple orders. The wait time is unreal even when it's not busy. I enjoy Wingstop wings and fries....so this location is a disappointment.
