Wings were good, but the fries looked like they were made yesterday and reheated. They were so dark they looked beyond brown… Even though the fries looked burned, they were as soft as a marshmallow on the inside.
I placed an online order for a 5pcs chicken tender meal and they instead gave me 5pcs boneless wings i called them and they apologized and told me to come back and they will make my correct order, the workers were really nice remade my whole order fresh and gave me more, also a brownie and extra dipping sauces for the mistake. Great customer service.
This place on southmore is the best. I have tried other locations and it’s not the same. I love this place, my orders have been on point. Today I had my order wrong but no biggy. I called and let them know, they were kindly and friendly offered to remake my order, and gave me extra fries !!! Now I’m back home watching the fight! Keep up the good work!
Ya’ll need to start counting your wings before you leave because apparently workers there don’t know how to count today has been the second time they have shorted me on my wings and that I have actually paid attention! The first time they told that they would give me extra next time but they never did!
We visit this location often, the food has gotten worse but Monday was the last time.
We ordered Hot boneless wings and it was like they were old and someone re-cooked them, after they had already been covered in sauce, burning them and they were soaked in oil. It was disgusting my husband and 2 kids got sick and threw up all night! Thankfully I don’t eat this mess!
Yall make enough money that if someone orders yall could make fresh food instead of trying to salvage an order that possibly didn’t get picked up!
I hope a manager with sense takes over before yall lose all your business, making people sick is not ok! Enough bad reviews will get the attention of the right people, I hope!!
Despite the bad reviews I still order from this location being that it’s closest to me... but today was the last time! I would rather drive out of the way and have edible food instead of wasting 50 dollars on trash! They took over 30 minutes for our food to come out, it wasn’t busy it just looks like a bunch of people not wanting to work!! They put so much seasoning on the fries and they were drenched with oil and all soggy!!! Disgusting!! My family couldn’t even eat them! The person cutting vegetables wasn’t wearing gloves yet touching all the celery and carrots with his bare hands!
FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION BECAUSE YOUR MONEY WILL BE WASTED HERE!
Bad service, wings are either overcooked or undercooked, and fries are always soggy. I placed my order online and after standing for half an hour waiting for my order I finally got it after the cashier stopped talking to her coworker and bothered to do her job. By the time my name was called my wings had been sitting on that counter and were cold. I should’ve asked for a refund or for my order to be re-made. There is always an issue when I come here & that is why I stopped going to this location. I’d advice for anyone to drive out of their way to any other Wingstop location. I have no idea how this place is still in business

Went in to get my call in order. There was a guy behind the counter by himself and he proceeded to help the gentleman two people in front of me. There was a lady that was in front of me that was selling stuff A lady came from the back and proceeded to help her. The gentleman behind the counter finished working with the other gentleman, and then he did nothing to help me then when she finished helping customer, and then he proceeded to answer a phone while supposedly trying to help me. and if all that wasn’t enough, the order is wrong. Their professionalism here is trash , if you’re not, Hispanic, don’t come here.
Went there today for the second time at this location first time we went there our wings were streamly dry. This time when we went in we purchased it to go so we sat at a table and waited which was okay. Upon waiting I noticed they do not rinse the bowls in between saucing the wings. They just kept putting it up on the shelf when they were finished with one order. Then pulled it down and put more Wings in it and these were for different customers. That's against health code. I will not be coming back and I will be reporting it that is disgusting. Not to mention I work two blocks away and my fries were cold. I really don't understand how you can mess up wings and fries. However the lady that work the front of the house she was very nice and polite.
