I did an online order. This was my first time trying wingstop and it was pretty good. We had the chicken tender bundle. Louisiana rub and hot honey. They were good and crunchy and not soggy at all. The corn was good and the fries were too. Their ranch dressing is AMAZING. I will definitely eat here again. They are currently taking online orders only. You cannot come in and order.
After leaving and looking at my food to find them with NO SAUCE, I then took it back inside where the lady tried to tell me all that grease down in the bottom ???????? was sauce.. but did proceed to lightly drizzle some more sauce on top, as you can tell there’s a major color difference. I ate 1 wing and had grease dripping half way down my arm.. be so serious right now. I’m SO BEYOND disappointed and they definitely need to be investigated.. better yet, shut down.
I wish I would have read the reviews before driving in from Cottageville. Got there at 7 p.m. and was told it would take 45 minutes to get my wings. Oh? That's what YOU do for 16 hours a day-WINGS. This Company is only interested in take out. Me and the other walk-in guests were all given the same story. It appeared that the wait would be 45 minutes so that the employees could talk and play. While waiting for an employee (who I thought couldn't speak at first) to acknowledge that we were standing in FRONT of her, a lady came in really upset. Her dash delivery was incorrect, the 2 employees at the counter looked at her all sus like she was lying. Both counter employees were not only unsympathetic but angry and put out with this situation. No one ever admitted the order was wrong and of course, no apology was ever given. Anyhow, the wings are very tasty, too bad you can't actually get any. I won't be back tho, it looks like by the other reviews, the service is still non-existent even if you order online. There is value in good customer service Wing Stop will never know this. Don't order from and support this porly run business.
Fix your carpet at the door! I tripped going in and I didn’t get an apology or nothing. I requested my chicken strips be pulled like a minute early (they do this at night) but GM said that’s serving raw chicken and everyone on night shift gonna be fired. My thing is you sitting at the back table in the restaurant see me trip and you didn’t even apologize. This is crazy. This will definitely be my last visit at this store. For $20 I should have some type of say.
The staff was not friendly or welcoming. We waited 45 minutes for our food, but at least it was hot and had good portion sizes. The place is small and not much room to move around, and felt cramped. No trash cans inside to dispose of trash so you have to hand it to the cashier or go outside and put it in those trash cans. The food is a little pricey, but because of the service, I will not be going back.
I don’t think I have ever given a 1 star review. I don’t expect perfection when I go out and I know most people are trying their best. However, if I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order at 3:52 and my online message read it would take 16-20 minutes. I live 25 or so minutes away so there was plenty time to be ready by the time I got there. But it wasn’t. So I just waited patiently as people came in ordered food and sat down and received their food when I placed an order before them. I asked again about my order, still not ready. By 5:00 I asked again could they tell me at least what order in the line was as I have seen people come in after my order and left while I was still sitting there, but I was only told it’s coming. Around 5:20 I just asked for a refund so I could go get something to eat from someplace else. Then my food was ready. While I was sitting there I witnessed rude behavior towards others asking for their orders and personal conversations going on among the staff regarding paying rent and phone bills. Someone ordered boneless wings, were given bone-in wings and had to wait and they still got their order before me and I witnessed that entire transaction while waiting. After I finally received my order and got home, I was missing 8 lemon pepper wings!!! I definitely need to be contacted about this order and compensation for this order. People walking in shouldn’t get their orders before someone waiting for over an hour after placing an order.
Does not even deserve a star. There is lots of cussing by the employees in front of children. People were walking back to where the food is being made and don’t even work there, the girl running the register is awful. She was on her phone, not helping customers, talking to her friend who walked in. It took 37 minutes to get our food. The place was a disaster. No clean tables.
The employee with the blonde and blue hair was very rude toward a door dash driver. It’s disgusting that dashers are given empty cups to fill the drinks when this employee was free to do it. I would not be eating out of this establishment ever. Do better!!!
