Omfg the food was all dry as fk like they tripple cooked everything. The fries were dried out an all bottom of the bag So i asked for another order an it was just as bad ???? So waste of 80.00 American . Just ruined it for me at this location . The other restaurant I went to was the best ever. DONT EVER EAT HERE DRY AN COOKED OVER TILL A POINT YOU CANT EVEN SQUISH THE FRIES OR CHICKEN . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE IF I CAN I WOULD SAY NO STAR
This place is great! Everytime i come the wings are cooked perfectly. Super juicy yet crispy. The staff are great! Hey seem to be training but they were very attentive and helped explain the menu perfectly. Their Korean BBQ and Louisiana rub are by far the best. 10/10 highly recommend.
I ordered boneless wings and fries and both tasted like they were not freshly made. The hot wings were super dry and the breading was soggy. The fries were also soggy and soaked in oil. The herb wings tasted fresh but the seasoning is a bit over powering and really salty.
For almost 100 dollars for 3 people with 10 wings each you would expect better quality. Wings were mushy, felt boiled not fried. Completely under seasoned, virtually no sauce. Been ordering from here for years and the last several times have been horrible, guess it's time to move on cause the quality doesn't come close to matching the price. Just close the store and stop wasting people's time and money. Beyond dissatisfied.
Very good experience, food was delicious as usual, mango habanero is a must if you can tolerate the sweet and spicy! The corn was delicious! Food was hot and ready and the wait time was not too long. I wish they had outdoor seating but overall very nice :D
If you like disgusting and sloppy food, then this is the place for you! We placed an order around 3:20 pm for a 4:45 pm pickup. When we got to the store and picked up the meal, things seemed okay. After getting home and beginning to eat it noticed how soggy/sloppy the fries were and all the Chicken had a very strange like it had been sitting in some grease flavor for a while.
Reached out to Wingstop and spoke to Benny who served as a go between to his manager, since we never were able to speak to that person. First they said that we were late picking up the food. We explained that we placed the order to pickup at exactly the time we arrived (seemed they made it and then let sit for over an hour even though we were very clear about the pickup time). Of course they then gave the the obligatory "we'll remake the food for you." Our cramping stomachs and screaming rearends said "no thanks." We offered to bring the food back to them in order to get a refund (we'd get the "food" out of the garbage to bring it back). They declined and offered to refund the food but we'd have to wait 14 days.
After 14 days, no refund so we reached out to the store and were then given the runaround about how they don't give refunds, and then they said we waited too long to ask for the refund. Which one is it?!?!? After we shared with them that Benny told us to wait that long, they didn't seem interested and offered to make the food again for us. No thanks. This place really was garbage! The worst fast food ever.

Ordered the boneless meal deal. Fries were over seasoned and not fresh, awful. Could not eat the fries. Boneless wings were just ok, dry also over seasoned. Really disappointed.
There was quite a bit of people working today, which is Sundays football, but only one person was actually cooking. They were finishing other peoples orders before mine and I came there clearly before them and they did not call it in every time I go to this location, there’s some kind of issue they need to Rehire new employees and change their management style and become more custom service oriented. .
