Waited over 30 minutes after placing our order for the summer bundle which included 25 boneless wings, large fries, 2 drinks & corn. Fries were old and cold, I returned them and still got old cold fries again. Corn, same thing. As if it was just sitting around all day. We got 3 different flavors of wings, one was well tossed, I’m not sure why they couldn’t do the other two the same. The lemon pepper was placed on top of the hot, not tossed but sitting in a puddle of sauce so when I opened the box it dripped all down my shirt and legs. The last flavor was dry, not even attempted to be sauced with the sauce on the side. This was a complete waste of money and I’ll never spend mine at Wingstop again
This was the first time my wife and I visited this restaurant. We waited 25 minutes for 2 chicken combo. Meals we asked for extra pickles, did not receive it. They were more concerned about looking at their phones and hanging Christmas decorations than worrying about customers. I would not recommend this place even for fast food. The food was horrible. I would have gotten better meal at McDonald's. In less time.
Bought a meal for four through the App. My wife, kids and I love the veggies dip. We bought all four orders with carrots and ranch dipping. Got the dipping but no veggies.???? call the store and one of the staff picked up the phone. I asked to speak with a manager and complained that my orders $12 for four veggies were missing. I drove 30 minutes to pickup and they stapled or taped the damn bag so tight I can’t even open to check without ripping it apart. I did not check my orders at the store. The manager didn’t bothered to apologize or offer credit because I ordered via the app for pickup or ask first my name to credit my account. My previous order of garlic Parmesan had zero garlic Parmesan taste. The staff forgot the sauce. The chicken was dry and overcooked. This place is busy but the staff here are lazy or don’t seem to care. Customer service is terrible starting with the manager. She has no business being a manager with basic customer service etiquette. All she said was OK and hang up the phone. Ghetto!!!
I was craving wing and I heard they weren't bad here. I ordered 8 piece combo classic wings and voodoo fries. It took about 25 minutes to fill the order. They weren't busy. I went to a friend's place to eat about 3 minutes away. The fries were cold and rubbery. The wings were overcooked and hard. My dip was missing. I won't be going back to wingstop. The girls at the counter were cheerful and welcoming.
Wings were good overall, but not sure if we got the correct order. The garlic parm, BBQ wings don't have alot of flavor. You can see there's no garlic on the wings. The Cajun corn was good, slight spice, yum.
Hunter, the night manager, is super friendly and helpful. She handled a situation with high professionalism and it was super nice to see. Please make sure she gets acknowledged for her great efforts and personality.
I never had wingstop before, but my brother has, thought I should give it a try… I had ordered the Louisiana voodoo fries but was charged and given regular fries, as well a large fountain drink, but was also charged and given a regular sized cup… and I spoke loud and clearly so I am not sure how that ended up like. The fries that were given were hard as brick and were cold….the employee gave us a ‘new’ fries but were still the same as the other bath of fries…. Should’ve as for a whole refund. I wont be coming back after this first time experience.
Workers stayed on their phones while attempting to serve and take orders. Workers also stood around in the kitchen with line going out the store horseplaying. They messed our order up. Great food, however the worst service and most unprofessional Wingstop I’ve ever been too, and I travel!!
We waited 45 minutes for 2 combo meals. Ridiculous! Cooks not wearing gloves. Witnessed 1 cough in his bare hand and go back to his job. This place needs better management! Maybe even the health inspector!
