Wingstop has been one of my go-to fast food joints, especially for their delicious and unique flavors for the chicken wings. I was first drawn in by their lemon pepper wings, which have an exotic blend of saltiness and sweetness, reminiscent of some Asian flavors. The chicken is always incredibly juicy, and it feels like you’re eating free-range chicken rather than something farm-raised—it’s that fresh!
Their fries are another standout. The slight sweetness from the sugar they sprinkle on them is addictive, and with the variety of wing flavors to choose from, you’ll never get bored. I’ve noticed that they’ve recently added a chicken burger to their menu. While I haven’t tried it yet, if it’s as juicy and well-textured as their bone-in wings (or “classic” wings as they call them), I’ll definitely be giving it a try next time.
The service could be a bit better, but honestly, the speed at Wing Stop which they bring out the food is great, so I can’t complain too much. Overall, Wingstop remains one of my top choices for fast, flavorful chicken wings.
Food is great, well seasoned and juicy!! Guy at the front was very nice and customer service overall was awsome. Will definitely keep ordering from here
I was there last week and they were 30 mins late with my order since they said that they had done a shift swap. Today I waited 40 mins for my food meanwhile I ordered on the phone so that my food would be ready by the time I get there since I only get a 30 min break. When I arrived they informed me that my order wasn’t ready because they don’t start orders until customer arrives because they have had customers complain about food being cold in the past but that’s not me I just needed my order to be ready because I just get a short break. The employee that had no sense of urgency in getting my order ready was a tall Hispanic woman I believe she was Cuban and when I told her I would be writing a survey she said “You do what you have to do”. Very smart remarks coming from her no help.
I placed an online order for pickup, which I have done many times, and it was an HOUR after the promised ready time that the food was prepared. Highly unacceptable and even worse they offered no rectification for this blunder. I like wingstop, but I will never ever order from this location ever again. Highly unacceptable.
Who can go wrong with Wingstop??? It’s my favorite wing place. The food is always good and service. We came in line and the cashier Asked for my name. She greeted me and also addressed me by my name there on out. After we sat and our food came, the order was wrong. But they didn’t hesitate at all to fix it. They were actually really nice. The staff is great here. I’ll always come back.

The food was good, however waiting an addition 15 minutes for an online Togo order is annoying….cashier was nice but service could use some improvement.
So we went to this Wingstop and got food. The service was horrible like Fr the guy William was as very rude as well as the security guard. Look like he was having a rough day the was out due to construction . People are rude I get it. But to be rude to me not give me a drink and then not want to replace my food that was messed up because of the day y’all had isn’t cool at all. I didn’t even want my money back but they couldn’t even replace at 9.99 meal or the drink that we never got. The manager gone say bring back the old food out the trash and then they will remake it. Sad to where service has fallen no accountability.
Wow! All I can say is never judge a book by its cover! The location & dim lights in the neighborhood & plaza can seem a bit sketchy BUT upon entering it’s a different ball game. Upon entering, we received the best customer service from Dominique, Devante & Gary! Super friendly, nice & helpful & willingly to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our delicious hot wings! It was a very welcoming experience to the point that we sat down & decided to dine in & eat there! Way to go guys!!!! Thanks so much!
