I truly did like this wing stop they never honor what you ask for or make the food the same as other locations. All flats hot honey rub and Dallas cowboys is what I ordered! Does this look like that? Chicken was undone under cooked even after I called when placing the online order to say hey can you make sure it’s fried x2 just for them to still send undone under cooked chicken cause as the guy says we are slammed with orders. The price of this food is too high to give people anything just because it’s a delivery order. Call back up there and they stated they can remake it and to bring it back. IF I wanted to leave home and come up there I would not have paid the overprice delivery fees to have it delivered in the 1st place and this guy said he is the manager. Please get employees that take their job serious and follow instructions. This is the 2nd time this has happened I would not be ordering anything from this wing stop again.
We were very hesitate to order from this specific location based on the reviews. However, we decided to give them a shot. We placed our order on line. It was easy. Upon arrival, the employee advised it would be about 5 mins before our order would be ready. In the meantime, the employee reviewed our order with us (which was correct). When we received our order it was accurate and hot. The wings were "MEATY" and delicious.
This probably the most underwhelming wingstop I’ve been to. The fries are NEVER fresh and there’s always blotches of missing seasoning on the wings no matter if a wet or dry rub.
This place has terrible reviews, and had i seen that before ordering it would have made me choose some place else.
However, I don't understand why the reviews are bad. I got what I expected from fast food. I orderd 15 boneless with fries. All were good. Staff was friendly. No complaints.
The only bad thing was they ruined the fries by oversalting... it was like having a heart attack staring at these things! Other than that... good!
Dinner was stale. The employees had friends or family all in the lobby, distracted by them instead of filling orders. Sosa machine broke down so we couldn’t refill our drinks during our meals. The girl that took our order was coughing, sneezing and snorting their boogers. She could not hear us and said “huh” five times. Nobody was wearing gloves or washing hands. Ew. Do better.
First of all, the website is a little clunky and needs some streamlining.
We ordered 15 bone in and 5 boneless wings, when we brought them home we discovered that all 20 wings were boneless wings- not one bone in wing.
Each wing had a bitter aftertaste. I think that bitter taste happens when the oil that they are deep fried in becomes rancid, or old enough that it should be changed.
The only positive part of the experience was that the counter help was pleasant.
I've been to a few Wingstops in my day, but this was the first one that our wings were perfect. Perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned; the fries weren't all soggy like they've been sitting for an hour. The workers were friendly as well.
