Never coming here ever again. Ridiculous, whoever bagged this up. No reason to be this much oil.
Guy at the counter was unenthusiastic about life. Paid extra for all flats on 2 orders. Got home and both orders had drums. Food tasted decent.
Won’t lie the reviews had me scared but I went yesterday 6/25/24 and everything was AMAZING. I was greeted by the girl at the counter with a beautiful friendly smile on her face, my order was prepared in a timely manner and my wings were so hot and delicious. Sorry yall had bad experiences. The staff did a great job in my opinion.
Wingstop has regained me once again. I had them once last year and the wings were so hard that I swore I wouldn't go back but yesterday they bounced back for sure. It was crazy busy and they never slacked on service, food was excellent and fresh.
Food is decent. Always takes a minimum of 45 minutes to get your food, once took over an hour to get 15 wings. Staff is not friendly
Great job from this team tonight. Customer service was great and the food tasted fresh. My order was on time. Shout out to the manager that’s been there for 8 years also. I forget his name. He looks like Alfonzo from Fresh Prince.
Went to the restaurant on a sunday evening with my 2 children. It was quite noisy in the building as you would expect on a NFL sunday when an employee yelled at everyone to quiet down because little wing boy couldnt hear the orders. After his screaming hissy fit both of my young children burst into tears. Safe to say i will never be returning to this location, I would rather drive to the Baton Rouge store to get my wings before ever dealing with that man again. (hes the larger man who wears a backwards hat)
They need to hire better workers! The cashier could care less that we are waiting 30min+ for one order of tenders! When I asked how much longer, he looked in the kitchen and said normally takes 20 min…. That’s not what I asked and I know the tickets have names on them, but yet that’s too much to ask of him to look at the tickets and let me know how many before me! Instead he leaned in counter playing on PHONE! What happened to customer service?
